When I asked questions or explored alternative strategies; I felt those discussions became more defensive than collaborative. Rather than acknowledging areas where communication could have been improved, many responses focused on explaining why concerns were not the company's responsibility. Ultimately, after approximately three months, the property remained vacant with very limited leasing activity, and the company chose to terminate the management agreement, citing differences in management style. I don't believe they are a poor property management company, but I do think owners who value proactive communication, detailed reporting, and collaborative decision-making should clearly establish those expectations before signing an agreement.

When Saraphina contacted me immediately, I thanked God for her. I had just gone through a terrible divorce and have a very sick child, so I had very specific housing needs. My rental home is beautiful, safe, well-maintained, and meets all of my needs. Imagin and the other office staff are always available to help with any emergencies or issues.
