I’m an Arizona Realtor focused on helping real estate investors identify, analyze, and acquire investment properties throughout the Phoenix metro area. With 12 years of engineering experience before transitioning into real estate, I bring a highly analytical, numbers-driven approach to evaluating deals, cash flow, ROI, rental potential, and long-term investment strategy.

I work with both local and out-of-state investors looking for opportunities in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe and surrounding markets. My focus includes traditional rentals, co-living/rent-by-the-room opportunities, value-add properties, Multifamily, and other investment strategies.

Because of my engineering background, I tend to look at properties through both a numbers and risk-management lens—not just whether a house looks like a good investment, but whether the assumptions behind the deal actually make sense.
