About us
Wellrun is a full-service property management firm built by rental owners, charging just 4% of rent collected. There are no other fees including no leasing fees. No catch either. We’ve owned and operated about 80 rental units since 2020, and built the service we wanted for our own portfolio: fast leasing, clear reporting, responsive communication, and fewer surprises for owners. We launched in October 2026 and have around 200 units under management for other owners and growing rapidly. We handle leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, tenant communication, and monthly reporting. Owners stay informed and make the big decisions without managing the day-to-day work. There are no other fees whatsoever.
