Although we didn’t go with the townhome we had toured the experience was great. We had two places in mind and it came down to what would make the most sense financially. Every person i spoke with in the office was extremely helpful and friendly. The convenience of the self tour with the flexible scheduling was fantastic. It was a tough decision but if ever in the future we decide to find another place under different circumstances we’d love to do business with them.

The people are nice, but unfortunately they are not on top of things and have no sense of urgency. I had a plumbing issue and no toilet for days and was hearing nothing. I finally submitted an emergency request because the shower started flooding my bedroom. I understand that you have to work with the owner but at least keep in regular touch with the tenant on the process so we don’t feel forgotten and like our issues aren’t real. I would submit a request and just hear nothing for weeks. At the end of the lease, I had to ask them to stop billing me. They also had to be prompted to send me back my security deposit.

Last year, we were excited to purchase a new home, but we were also worried about becoming landlords and the time and effort it would take to make sure we were handling everything correctly. Luckily, we received a referral to Innovative Realty, where we were quickly connected with a team of professionals who immediately eased our worries. They manage our property with the same level of care and attention that I would give it myself if I had the time to handle it personally. Their pricing is fair, their knowledge is extensive, and they have completely freed up my time so I can focus on other aspects of my life. I am truly grateful for the service this company provides and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy property management team. I highly recommend!

I had a negative experience with this property management company. I returned the house in impeccable condition, yet they charged me a full cleaning fee. They charged me $144 for a $3 doorstop and over $700 in painting, when I didn’t even receive it perfectly painted. The photos I will add are of how I received it, not properly painted. I reported those photos the day I moved in. Even so, they charged everything based on an estimate, not even real invoices, and they also charged me for a key I never received. Even though I had email proof that they never gave me the key, they still did not refund me. In conclusion, no matter how much you document, report, or safeguard the condition, in the end, they will do what they want with your deposit.
