Awful experience dealing with George, Vanessa Cobo, Diana da Silva and entire management. The apartment in south beach was awful, fleas and rat /rodent infested!!! Not even pest control could fix this. George told me they had this issue AFTER I had signed the lease and they were working on it- SCAMMERS. Laundry machine broke every other month and ate all my money , never got it back. Had thieves that broke into my apartment and my neighbors. Refused to put security cameras . Mold issues that were always there but were repainted before I moved in - after a couple months paint started falling all over the place , affecting my pulmonary system and overall health!. Last but not least, they never gave me my security deposit back ! Avoid all their apartments at all cost. I have videos and photos of the infestation of rats, roaches, broken laundry machine and mold stains all over the apt. Nobody fixed it within the 7 days - per law. Truly an inhabitable apartment !

We were awarded a concrete and plumbing contract at the Tropicana Condominiums in Sunny Isles Beach FL. Gui Porta is the property manager at this location and he has been a pleasure to work with. From the bidding process all the way through completion of the project he has went out of his way to provide information and be helpful to the crews on site.
