With years of experience in short-term rental management, we offer a turnkey service to list, stage, clean, decorate, and manage the entire Airbnb short-term or vacation rental process from start to finish. Founded in 2014, we’ve built a wealth of knowledge enabling us to provide the optimal experience for both guests and property owners. Our team is made up of experienced housekeepers, maintenance, contractors, designers, and managers that keep us running 24/7.

We have worked with Vello Property Management for some time as they manage our AirBnB. Donovan, Grant, and Connor did an excellent job walking us through the licensing process and renewals. They provided insightful knowledge in the setup of the unit and amenities to offer. They have done a fantastic job on the cleaning and turnover of the unit driving 5-star reviews. They can handle absolutely everything for you. Or, if you are more hands on and an active owner, they will happily work by your side. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

I am very happy with the service provided by Vello Management Company. Carter and Elijah are extremely professional, responsible, and easy to work with. They are always on top of every detail and do an excellent job making sure the properties are well maintained and that guests have a great experience.
Their communication is outstanding, and they are proactive in addressing any issues that arise. It gives me peace of mind knowing that they are managing my properties and taking great care of my clients.
