Working with Guido and the Concierge Team was an absolute pleasure. Some challenges we presented early on were quickly addressed and solved by Guido. The leasing agent was incredibly accommodating, helpful and professional in meeting all of our needs. The times we needed to reach out with any maintenance concerns or issues, were promptly resolved without any inconvenience to us.
I cannot recommend the Concierge Team enough to any prospective tenants looking for rentals in the Aiken, SC area. Their commitment to customer service and dedication to meeting all of our needs exceeded all expectations.
If you're coming to Aiken and need a rental property, do yourself a favor and reach out to Concierge first and meet with their team. You won't be disappointed.

I have lived in my house for 10 months now. Took six to get a new dish washer because the one that came with the house never worked. I have personally left cat multiple voicemails and have gotten zero call backs. Several occasions of talking with her she took my number with promise of calling back and failed to do so. Lack of communication with me as far as maintenance goes had been a constant issue. I’ve never received an email with any updates to my multiple issues. Anytime I get one of them on the phone I stress that I just want some communication with my issues and keep getting told it will get better but so far it has not. Woke up to 2 pallets of shingles and other objects in my driveway with zero warning. Very frustrating people in my opinion.

We could not have picked a better home or community to help make our move to Aiken any more exciting. The quarterly checks ups are terrific and he always makes his visits feel like I talking to a friend. Hope to stay here for a very long time.

Great experience from beginning to end! Cat and Guido were fantastic in assisting me with pricing my home to get the maximum rental price possible and then finding a great renter and taking care of all the paperwork. I give Concierge Property Management my highest recommendation!

You're in good hands with Concierge Property Management Group, LLC. Cat helped me during the move in process and was so accommodating and understanding. Guido is also TOP NOTCH in customer service. He's always pleasant to speak with and so helpful in all regards. If I ever had an issue, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The quarterly handy-man was a great service provided by Concierge. On a quarterly basis, a gentleman would visit and take care of anything that needed addressing - air filter changes, squeaky doors, etc. Everyone I worked with at Concierge was great.
