Since I started using SIG to manage my properties, I have seen a huge improvement in rents collected, much faster vacancy filling and maintenance attended to right away. All with minimal effort on my part. I wish I had started using them earlier.

I didn't have a good experience with this company. My unit became uninhabitable from years of water intrusion from negligent building maintenance like basic waterproofing and landscaping. Effects include reoccurring mold, constant fungus gnats, and structural decay in the flooring and framing. The estimates for repair are expensive, so only cosmetic repairs were ever performed. All of the issues in the unit and building continue to exist and will likely be sold to prospective renters without disclosure. Everything is available as LA County Dept. Public Health or Burbank Code Enforcement public record. While the company owner failed to maintain the implied warranty of habitability, he did raise rent by $300, introduce a $35 fee for online transactions, charge for estimated water usage, add chargebacks for repairs and ultimately evict me from the property. The property. 3610 W. Chandler Blvd. Unit #A, remains in a state of uninhabitability currently. The company presents itself as corporate professionalism, but it's just a sole-proprietor with a high-turnover staff that's incompetent on its best day.

I would like to share my experience as a first-time renter here on S.I.G. Rental Team Yellow with Angelica. She has gone above and beyond with any concerns I had. Angelica was always available to take my calls or texts with any issues or concerns that I had…I can see that Angelica is passionate about her role and taking care of her tenants is a top priority for her! I truly appreciate her for always being so kind and understanding!

There is mold in my gf’s apartment and when we complained about it they gave us a 60 day notice to quit. They have the plumbing for the washer and dryer draining into the kitchen sink and held down with our blender. And they charges us additional fees that weren’t a part of the lease and said if we didn’t pay we would be evicted. Shameful and predatory . Don’t let the fake reviews fool you. If there is anyone else experiencing the same, please reach out to me because there are definitely some lawyers who are interested in what you have to say about how they conduct property management in Los Angeles
