I would like to share my experience as a first-time renter here on S.I.G. Rental Team Yellow with Angelica. She has gone above and beyond with any concerns I had. Angelica was always available to take my calls or texts with any issues or concerns that I had…I can see that Angelica is passionate about her role and taking care of her tenants is a top priority for her! I truly appreciate her for always being so kind and understanding!

There is mold in my gf’s apartment and when we complained about it they gave us a 60 day notice to quit. They have the plumbing for the washer and dryer draining into the kitchen sink and held down with our blender. And they charges us additional fees that weren’t a part of the lease and said if we didn’t pay we would be evicted. Shameful and predatory . Don’t let the fake reviews fool you. If there is anyone else experiencing the same, please reach out to me because there are definitely some lawyers who are interested in what you have to say about how they conduct property management in Los Angeles

They canceled my application for no reason after giving me a tour. Because of them now i have lost the other rental place only because it took them 48 hours to say NO to me! (Without even notifying me through email about the reason of their decision) The next day after the online submission they asked for all additional documents and finally rejected my application although i actually did uploaded proof of income through my F1 document. They wasted lot of my time.

Lilit Oganesyan with the Red Team was very helpful in assisting me update our auto-pay information on the renter portal. She went as far as reaching out to different departments to resolve the issue. She was patient, kind, and professional.

Carl was excellent not only did he go above and beyond he took the time to call me back when phone disconnected, he walked me through the steps and stayed on the phone while I was trying to look something up and he fixed a huge problem for me. He was the best!! Thank you Carl, I appreciate you.
