(Without even notifying me through email about the reason of their decision) The next day after the online submission they asked for all additional documents and finally rejected my application although i actually did uploaded proof of income through my F1 document. Carl was excellent not only did he go above and beyond he took the time to call me back when phone disconnected, he walked me through the steps and stayed on the phone while I was trying to look something up and he fixed a huge problem for me. He was the best!! Thank you Carl, I appreciate you.
