Our stay at Sage property far exceeded my expectations. It was fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The furniture, appliances and general decor were chic and modern, giving our stay that feeling of a five star hotel. Not to mention the view of the ocean and the close proximity to any supermarket and local cuisines. The hostess and her staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always available to answer our questions. We felt right at home and can't wait to return!"

My review is coming from a potential client to Sage Management. In my experience the Sage team is terrible at communicating with potential clients. I had an initial call with Amy and everything sounded great, I was ready to move forward with working together. She said she would email me forms but never did. I gave it a few days then reached back out to her. She never answered my text messages, never called me back, I left her a voicemail, I called her office and I was told she'd get back to me but never did. A quick "Hey, sorry we have too much going on to take new clients" would have been better than being ignored. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Amy sells you the on the what the company can do but there is no follow through. Simply terrible and a waste of time. I don't recommend them to anyone!

We have had an amazing experience renting through Sage Property Mgmt. From application to moving in and handling some initial quick repairs in a very timely fashion, our contact, Lynn, has been in near constant communication with us and follows up regularly. They make things easy by being able to use their app for everything from signing/submitting docs to paying rent to submitting maintenance requests. We are very pleased with their services!!

The communication was exceptional since Day 1. The entire process was smooth and painless. The property itself is well kept and clean. I first knew Amy from BiggerPockets when I posted my first question ever and she replied very quickly with good advice and knowledge. Later when I was looking for property management locally, our realtor recommended Sage Property Management. That's when I found out its owner is Amy. Amy and the Sage team have been following up on my needs and giving professional recommendations and opinions. They handled my questions with swiftness and patience. I'm still relatively new in REI but I feel that I can trust Sage to manage my property. With them taking care of PM, I can focus on investing opportunities. The Sage team found a quality contractor to replace it with a specific make / model I asked for, and sent me the pictures of the install as I was traveling. More recently, Amy counseled me against investing in another property that looked like it had strong fundamentals, but carried significant risks which would surely affect the investment over the long-term. I highly recommend Amy and the Sage team to not only find investments, but also to support such investments with quality tenants who continue to stay satisfied.

Amy the owner nearly always responds to me personally, and ALWAYS quickly, with all the information I need. Sage is upfront and transparent regarding property deficiencies, move-in delays, repair costs, and other issues that affect all rental properties. If you're a landlord, Sage, and Amy in particular will absolutely give you the unvarnished truth on whatever issue you're experiencing. Trust is critical when you're handling properties remotely, and I trust Amy and her team explicitly. If you're looking for a management company you will not regret engaging Sage.
