Very inefficient maintenance process. Excessive and unnecessary communication caused significant delays, with more time spent going back and forth than actually resolving the issue.

Rob is an absolute awesome guy! He is a hard worker and has been working hard in this crazy heat, to get our sprinkler system fixed and working again. He has been very polite and kind, he kept us informed on everything he was doing and how long it would take. I can honestly say he exceeded my expectations!

Recently this company took over management of the town home we rent. So far it costs us more in rent and they gave the keys to our house to a third party while we were on vacation to change our locks. We told them we would be out of town and have to reschedule from Wednesday to Monday and the tech said fine as we were leaving. On Friday the come over and are pounding on the door saying we know you are home when the only one there was out 17 year old granddaughter who was sick and terrified at some random person pounding and yelling. He ended up coming in anyway and she called a friend to come over who was young and brought her boss. They changed the locks anyway from a key to a combination pad. Which apparently they would have done if no one was there and we would have been locked out of our house completely. I have never had a good experience with a management company and this one is seeming just as bad as the rest. It’s a good way to lose your tenants that have been there for years and pay on time and make sure the place looks good. We might be renters never also should have rights to privacy. Reply to Envy Reply: Your vender did not 'accommodate' our request, they completely ignored it and came in when every they wanted. Even though they said they would wait until we got back they didn't. I very much look forward to moving out of the space now that your company is in control.

Do NOT trust these people to sell your house or upkeep it. 1-house square footage was listed far below its actual number 2-once the house was taken off market with Zero viewings, company started finding frivolous reason to do invoices for hundreds into thousands of dollars 3-code violations they should have caught and then charging THOUSANDS to bring up to code for simple work like shrubbery trimming 4-lying and even working with city code enforcers to help with the lies. This is sick and serious yall and there is no way to “research” these people’s character. Looking for a new PN as i type..🧿
