My family and I recently leased a home through Keyrenter Boise, and Kyle was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process.
Moving is stressful enough, especially when you’re relocating and making decisions from a distance, but Kyle made everything easy. He was always quick to respond, answered every question we had, and never made us feel rushed. What really stood out was how well he listened to what we were looking for. He took the time to understand our needs, what mattered most to us in a home, and how important location was for our family.
What really impressed us is that it didn’t stop with just finding us the right home. The entire Keyrenter team was amazing, very communicative and supportive every step of the way. They guided us through the lease signing process, made everything clear and straightforward, and made getting the keys incredibly easy. Our first day in the home was smooth and stress-free, which meant a lot to our family.
The entire experience felt professional, organized, and genuinely customer-focused. It’s rare these days to find a team that is both knowledgeable and responsive, and Kyle and the Keyrenter Boise team delivered on both.
We’re excited about our new home and grateful for how smooth they made the entire process. If you’re looking for a rental in the Boise area, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kyle and the Keyrenter Boise team.

Kyle from Keyrenter was incredibly responsive and proactive in helping us with our property. We needed a handyman on short notice, and he was able to arrange one within the same week. The handyman completed all of the repairs in a single visit, which made the process super easy.
Kyle was always quick to respond and provided clear, helpful information throughout the entire experience. His efficiency was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this property management company to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service.

As a business owner, I pay close attention to systems, communication, and how companies treat people. Kyle and the team at Keyrenter Boise absolutely exceeded expectations.
One of my clients recently worked with them, and I was genuinely impressed by how smooth and organized the entire process was from start to finish. Their systems are efficient, their communication is clear, and every step felt intentional rather than reactive.
What stood out most, though, was the level of care they showed. It’s easy for companies to have good processes, but it’s much harder to combine that with exceptional customer service. Kyle did exactly that. He took the time to make sure my client felt informed, supported, and taken care of throughout the process.
If you’re looking for a property management company that has both the operational side and the people side figured out, I would highly recommend Keyrenter Boise. Kyle and his team are doing things the right way.
