Kyle is a great guy! He walked me through the application process and was so patient. He is very professional and always willing to help make the process go smoothly. His assistant, Pam is there to help if needed, too.

Kyle at Key renters is amazing. when I have a real estate client that needs help, whether it be a rental, an Airbnb, he is absolutely the best Property Manager in the Boise Idaho area. His communication is key, but his customer service and kindness exceeds anyone in this area.

I had a really great experience with this company! From the start of my application to the day I moved in, they were incredibly helpful and responsive. Even though my stay was short, everything went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how small. You can really tell they care about their tenants. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve had a great experience with Keyrenter Boise property management company. They’re super responsive, easy to communicate with, and actually follow through when something needs to be fixed. It’s rare to feel taken care of like this—especially in rentals. Everything from move-in to maintenance was smooth and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for people who actually care.

I recently met Kyle at a rental property showing. That property wasn’t quite what we were looking for so we discussed our needs and wants for size, location, amenities, price range etc. Kyle really listened to this and when a new property became available he thought of us and reached out right away. He came through with the perfect place!
Everyone we’ve worked with at KeyRenter so far has been very professional, communicative and with impressive follow through. Highly recommend this company.
