Based in Downtown Long Beach we specialize in Long Beach management. Owners have financial reports available 24/7, tenants get 24/7 maintenance supervision, and all emails are responded to within 24 hours. Property management is what we do every day. It's our job to stay on top of things so you don't have to. Time is the world's most valuable asset you have, so we do the work to keep your property at peak performance. We want a long term relationship with our owners so we know that means we need to do a good job to keep it that way. All of our contracts are month-to-month with the intention of long term management (24 months+).

I highly recommend Daniel as property manager. He’s very professional and communicates well. He also is very knowledgeable and very resourceful to handle any issues. I will definitely use him to buy or sell property in the future.

Daniel Casanova is a person you can really trust when it comes to leasing or renting a home. I could not thank him enough for making my 2 years in Downey any better. He gets straight to work and has the right attitude to get any problem done. Thank you you for being a positive and caring person you will be always appreciated.

Daniel Casado was my landlord for just over a year, and I can honestly say he was the best landlord I've ever had. He is responsive, prompt, and professional. I was sad to leave that property.

Daniel is amazing! My husband and I rented an apartment from him and he has made the whole moving/renting process soooo much easier than it has ever been before. Was always super prompt with responding to emails or texts and answered all of our questions/concerns. Would highly recommend working with him!

Finally getting some money saved and talked to Daniel about the real estate market, as well as property management services. This guy knows his business. Spoke to me like he was advising a friend. Didn’t feel like he was chasing a sale. More like he was advising me what would be the best decision for my future. He was patient with all my questions knowing I am brand new to this world. Daniel knows his trade, and is an honest guy. Would highly recommend.

Daniel Casado is a smart, young entrepreneur, who goes out of his way to help you with whatever you need. Answers all questions, and he’s very honest. 10/10 times I would trust him with helping me buy or sell my home. Definitely recommend him. It’s not always easy to find a great real estate broker, but Daniel is a game changer for sure!
