My property manager Cisco has been nothing short of amazing and has been so helpful every step of the way since I moved in and has made sure everything has been in order for me. The maintenance man has also been wonderful. I’ve had a great experience so far and am grateful for this property management team.

Keyrenter is the property management for my rental property. I was having an issue with the water meter and the city had to come change the meter.Zaira Alvarez was there to assist me from the beginning. Made sure my billing was corrected. Thanks for all your help!

Extremely helpful, kind, considerate and understanding. Rosa helped me through my application to join a lease, I was kind of anxious about it but she was efficient, kind, helpful and kept in touch with me. Overall, Keyrenter has been great to us 🤍

Working with property manager Sisco Reyes was an absolute pleasure—he went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless, always responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. He truly made me feel taken care of every step of the way.

Excellent costumer service! These people are top class! I've been a tenant in an apartment that they helped me fund and get into. These people are the best! Mary De Lima, Daniel, and Danny have assisted me on projects and they are super professional, intelligent, kind, and very helpful! If you are looking for a place to rent, these people are the best! Mary, daniel, and Danny are top class professionals!

Danny Schwab and Keyrenter have literally been a godsend. He manages several of our properties and I have never slept better. Large properties and small... We have had some emergencies and he and his team have always keen there regardless of the issue. In addition he has overseen 4 significant construction projects for us and we couldn't be happier. Roofs are a specialty as we have had to get a couple done and his guys are able to get materials quickly even in this market. (good luck getting roof metal if you don't know someone these days and if you are having problems call him on his cell he always answers or someone from his team gets right back to you) He even manages Boats!
Having known him for over 25 years we can't say enough good stuff about him and Keyrenter.
