I was looking for a place and having a hard time because of my dogs and being recently divorced my financial situation didnt look the best on paper. But I met with Cisco and he was absolutely amazing. He did all in his power to help me get approved and into a home with my children and our dogs. The company itself has a great team and everyone is so mice and pleasant to work with. This was a hard time for me and this company helped make this into a positive new chapter in our lives. My move into my beautiful amazing apartment was facilitated by this awesome human being named ROSA! She supported and guided me all the way... She responds to all text,emails and phone calls in a timely manner! Please rent from KEYRENTERS they are truly the ones who are the gatekeepers to your new safe home! Thank you to the owner for allowing me to be one of your residents. The environment is safe! The neighbors welcomed me with smiles every day. You get your mail delivered earlier... No problem with Amazon UPS or any other options of receiving packages. The Ammenties are clean and available! The caveat... You are in walking distances of shopping,schools etc... The BEACH ⛱️🏖️🏖️ THANK YOU ROSA and KEYRENTERS!

I have a great experience with Zaira from Keyrenter Property Management. Their team is always professional, responsive, and helpful. Communication is clear, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and they truly make renting feel much less stressful. Excellent customer service! These people are truly top class. I’ve been a tenant in an apartment they helped me find and move into for the past 5 years, and my experience has been great. Recently, I had an issue with the water heater, and Zaira Alvarez was there to assist me from the very beginning. She made sure everything was taken care of and followed up until the issue was fully resolved. She’s always been helpful whenever I’ve had any concerns Highly recommend they are the best!

I rarely leave reviews, but this one is well deserved. Zaira, our property manager, has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, she’s been responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly, answering questions with patience, or just being consistently reliable, she goes above and beyond in a way that’s hard to find. What really stands out is how much she actually cares. You can tell she takes pride in her work and in keeping residents comfortable and heard, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. It’s rare to have a property manager who combines efficiency with a personal touch, but Zaira does exactly that. Grateful to have her here.

As a realtor, I work with many different management companies and I have to say that key renter was great to work with. Cisco was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He communicated clearly, handled everything efficiently, and made the process stress-free. Highly recommend Cisco and the team!

Danny Schwab and Keyrenter have literally been a godsend. He manages several of our properties and I have never slept better. Large properties and small... We have had some emergencies and he and his team have always keen there regardless of the issue. In addition he has overseen 4 significant construction projects for us and we couldn't be happier. Roofs are a specialty as we have had to get a couple done and his guys are able to get materials quickly even in this market. (good luck getting roof metal if you don't know someone these days and if you are having problems call him on his cell he always answers or someone from his team gets right back to you) He even manages Boats! Having known him for over 25 years we can't say enough good stuff about him and Keyrenter.
