Have had a Condo there for several years and have been very happy. Just sold the Condo due to personal circumstances and Jared took care of everything and was smooth sailing. The Association is very attentive and sincerely care about the property and their (our) community. Do NOT hesitate to live here!! Absolutely wonderful .

Superior is 1 of those management companies who's happy to take the money but provides the absolute bare minimum (or less). Very few things are handled proactively. After they're contacted, the maintenance issues are addressed promptly about half the time. The other half, it doesn't matter how many times you call or email; they're going to ignore you indefinitely. Via email, questions are usually answered in a partial, roundabout way. To request maintenance, you have to file it in a system called Meld which forces you to go through an AI chat. After that's submitted, multiple automated emails are sent that list their hourly prices and say things like "Thank you for submitting this meld for in-unit service" which is confusing when it's an exterior thing (not in-unit) that's covered by the HOA fee (so the hourly fees don't apply). It's not the end of the world, but that process adds to the frustration that comes from the overall way that they communicate. They said they were going to enter my unit on a particular day to do some work, but they never showed up. I emailed to ask about it, and I got no response. On another occasion, they entered my unit without any notice. There's a long list of issues with Superior, and as much as they'd like you to believe that these are isolated incidents, I've talked to multiple neighbors who have also had multiple issues. I know a lot of management companies aren't great, but I'm certain that there are some who are better than this. Frankly I'm surprised that they have as many 5 star reviews as they do.

Was booked for a showing that was confirmed via phone and I arrived 15 minutes early and no one ever showered up. I stood outside for 15 minutes at 600 S Brearly Apt. I reached out to the company via phone 3 times and kept getting forwarded to voicemail. I left work early to make it to this showing and no one had the decency to let me know they either couldn’t show up or that the showing would no longer be taking place.

My daughter just moved in recently and had no hot water for almost 2 weeks!! She had to ask numerous times to get it taken care of. The lawn got mowed for the first time after the city was called on them. Grass was up to my knees) Now she’s gone 3 weeks with her AC broken. They came in today and replaced it with a unit that barely blows warm air out. She has called and called and is getting short answers saying “We’ll let maintenance know”, and then they hang up. She calls and she uses the chat but the response from this company is SUBPAR and I would NEVER move here and would steer clear! They are uncaring, unresponsive, and overrated! Shame on you for this.

Very poor snow removal done since they have been the new management. If you motion the snow removal to help with removal of snow behind cars, they literally turn around and go the other way. Also repair of all sidewalks was done very sparingly and looked horrible. They raise condo fees continuously and do nothing about tenants problems as far as bottom owners using sliding glass doors during winter months raising upper heat levels to extreme temperatures in the 95 degree mark. Also loud music going on all hours of the night pertaining to young adults using kids to try and get other tenants to move out for their own selfish reasons. Also so much theft going on and they never check the cameras to see who is doing the thefts. I can’t say this management company was s doing a good job at all! This is my honest opinion

Jared and his group did a wonderful job of handling every aspect of our townhouse sale. His group is very familiar with the nuances of The Gardens and their expertise resulted in a quick and superbly handled transaction. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Jared Pinkus of Superior Property Group highly enough! From start to finish, Jared made the entire real estate process seamless, efficient, and even enjoyable. His professionalism, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the market set him apart from other realtors I’ve worked with. Jared's communication skills are truly unmatched.
