The house is nice to live in. When they finish the basement the 2 rooms in the basement are a nice size for my son music equipment. Please don't forget to iput the nstallation in for the basement please.

I scheduled an appointment to view a home and was thoroughly pleased to see that the property was exactly as it was presented on the website. The place was clean and had all the amenities as described plus extra space for storage. I will definitely apply to be their next tenant.

Property was very very clean. Presented very well. Had some concerns about the porch railing in the back because I do have a young child but all in all, very nice property.

The new carpet is great and all the storage is also amazing. Garage is clean. Basement space is a plus. Attic is a plus too. Upstairs bathroom would have to be fitted for a shower option and exterior needs cleaned up for entertaining and pet space. Overall, I think it's set at a good price point and will consider applying. The park down the road is also a good spot for a walk.

Updates would make this house shine, however, even as renters, we have made arrangements with past landlors and have updated certain areas that needed it. Those landlords were very happy and were even able to up the rent after we left. The home is otherwise is good condition and the finished basement is very nice. Thank you.

Today I did the self-guided tour for the property located at -546 Tampa Ave in Dayton. I liked the idea of the lockbox and self guided experience it alleviates a lot of pressure while touring. The home was spacious, well-maintained, bright and very clean. Definitely plan on applying.
