Great price point and locations. Easy key pickup and lease set up. Our apartment was fine.
However, they struggle with customer communication consistently from the moment of touring to the the last day of lease. Untimely replies and random letters in mail stating "We are coming into your apartment for XYZ maintenance".
Not a terrible company, just do not expect great communications and customer service with the org.

Terrible with communication, I've been having to ask them to fix things in my apartment for multiple months in a row. The people at the front desk are very rude as well. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

We felt the house was wonderful but there was three small concerns. One is the water damage on the ceiling has that been fixed? Two there is some mold or mildew on the ceiling on the left just inside the door going into the garage? Three is will a garbage disposal be added to the kitchen? One more question will the fence be fixed? Other than that the house was wonderful and we are definitely applying today.

The new carpet is great and all the storage is also amazing. Garage is clean. Basement space is a plus. Attic is a plus too. Upstairs bathroom would have to be fitted for a shower option and exterior needs cleaned up for entertaining and pet space. Overall, I think it's set at a good price point and will consider applying. The park down the road is also a good spot for a walk.
