My family and I rented from Grant and he was wonderful. Things were taken care of in a timely manner and he was always available when needed. I would recommend established property management anytime.

Grant is simply the best. We've used Established Property Management for several years now after a string of poor managers beforehand. We've never had any complaints with this company. They keep us in the loop every time there's an issue, rent is always on time, and they get back to us promptly whenever we have questions for them. Very pleased. Would 100% recommend them.

I am so glad that I walked into the new neighbors in my office building. I met Bradley on May 25th. My renters were moving out on the 31st. Today (June 15th) the newly vetted renter is moving in. I could not be happier with the results and professionalism of Established Property Management. They exceeded my expectations!!

Established Property Management does a truly fine job managing my rental home in Eagle. This team runs a highly professional, client-centered operation, and their owner/renter portal is both comprehensive and easy to use. Their fee structure is straight forward and reasonable. Nice value here.
Grant, the owner, takes great pride in the business, and that dedication reflects across the whole business.
Additionally, Grant's operational partner, Bradley, is a true standout to work with. He was always very responsive, providing the kind of experience and understanding that really makes a difference for an owner. I can't say enough about how helpful he can be.

Thank you to the team of Established Management Company. Their communication is top-notch- we are always kept in the loop, on any maintenance issues and are they are handled immediately. Finding a new tenant for our property is a relief to know our investment is in such capable hands. If you want a management company that actually cares, are honest about your property- this is the company.

From the start to the end, working w/ Grant and Brad at EPM has been a 10. Easy to work with on paperwork; if there was ever an issue w/ my rental, they addressed the situation immediately. Easy portal to work w/ for payments, etc...
In short, exactly what one would want from a prop. mgmt company.
