Established PM recently handled an early moveout of a longtime tenant and both myself and the tenant were happy with the way it was done. Grant and Jack did a great job handling this and the best part was they found a new tenant in a few days and worked to make the transition go very smooth.

Grant is simply the best. We've used Established Property Management for several years now after a string of poor managers beforehand. We've never had any complaints with this company. They keep us in the loop every time there's an issue, rent is always on time, and they get back to us promptly whenever we have questions for them. Very pleased. Would 100% recommend them.

Almost three years ago Established took over management of our most recent rental. They made a world of difference. Communicative, understanding, and very caring of the human condition. They turned a nightmare management situation into the best management situation I've every experienced in my almost 20 years of renting homes. I am honestly going to miss them. And I've never said that about my property management until now.

Established Property Management does a truly fine job managing my rental home in Eagle. This team runs a highly professional, client-centered operation, and their owner/renter portal is both comprehensive and easy to use. Their fee structure is straight forward and reasonable. Nice value here.
Grant, the owner, takes great pride in the business, and that dedication reflects across the whole business.
Additionally, Grant's operational partner, Bradley, is a true standout to work with. He was always very responsive, providing the kind of experience and understanding that really makes a difference for an owner. I can't say enough about how helpful he can be.

Thank you to the team of Established Management Company. Their communication is top-notch- we are always kept in the loop, on any maintenance issues and are they are handled immediately. Finding a new tenant for our property is a relief to know our investment is in such capable hands. If you want a management company that actually cares, are honest about your property- this is the company.

From the start to the end, working w/ Grant and Brad at EPM has been a 10. Easy to work with on paperwork; if there was ever an issue w/ my rental, they addressed the situation immediately. Easy portal to work w/ for payments, etc...
In short, exactly what one would want from a prop. mgmt company.
