I highly recommend Established Property Management!!!! Grant and his staff are a pleasure to work with and are very professional. They understand the property management business and are very good at communication and follow-thru!!!!

Warning: stay away from this property management company. They have no interest in managing the property at all. The only interest is to penny pinch at every possible turn. They came in on the scene during the last nine months of our 5 year tenancy and immediately began looking for ways to maximize their profits and not make any repairs/updates on the property. They had potential renters walk through the property while we were still living there, and couldn't imagine why that was uncomfortable for us. They just seem to be the typical Boise company out for greed and colluding against tenants throughout the valley.
STAY AWAY.

As an out-of-state property owner, I cannot speak highly enough of Established Property Management.Their exceptional service has given me complete peace of mind, knowing my property is in capable hands despite the distance. We have had Established Property Management manage our property for the past 2 years of the last 15 years. This is a very professional company. We have experienced short turnarounds when the home has become vacant. Grant and Brad are very professional and will return phone calls or emails promptly. They have contacted us promptly when they need our input regarding repairs. We recommend Established Property Managment to manage your property. We completely trust them in managing ours.

I've been using Established Property Management for the past year, and I couldn't be happier with their services. Grant from Established property management has been absolutely the very best to work with, I have had my rental property in Boise for 17 years. The property management company that I had was terrible, zero communication and the renters that they did get in our property destroyed it. I brought Established property management in and they coordinated all the repairs that was needed and he treated the property as if he was the owner, not over spending but getting the items that needed to be fixed to get it rented. He has great contacts for all the repair work, and they were fast clean and got the property from that horrible state to up and on the market very quickly. He was also able to give me a big bump in the rent as well. Thank you Grant for constant communication and updates! 10 stars!

Looking for The BEST property manager? It is Grant at Established Property Management!! After working with 2 other Property Management firms, we were extremely pleased to find Grant and now we can enjoy life without having to worry about our properties!!
Before we signed on, we talked to others who have Established Properties Management and their recommendations were wonderful. They included how Grant worked specifically with them and their situation to implement the rental agreement.
Grant is transparent with his management style, keeping us updated on developments and recommendations as well as consulting us for our input before proceeding.
I highly recommend Grant and Established Property Management!!

Grant is a wonderful, and completely understanding property manager. We had poor credit to start off the process, and instead of just denying us he worked with us by accepting a new way to cover the security deposit that he never dealt with before. I found it and he took the time to read everything and convinced the owner to allow it. Once we moved in everything went smoothly without a hitch! Just knowing that a property manager is truly willing to work with his tenants even when it is not something he is accustomed too speaks highly. If we ever need a rental in the same area again, I will immediately choose him! Thank you again Grant for everything you have done for us.
