This is a consistent pattern that started on day one; they were completely absent on my move-in day, leaving me stranded with no idea how to access the building or where to even get a key. I eventually contacted the front desk and found an envelope had simply been left there, and then I walked into a completely dirty unit with the previous tenants trash left behind. As a tenant, I am forced to pay a mandatory $50 monthly resident fee to this company on top of regular rent, yet the service provided is less than 1-star quality and well below the bare minimum. Even when provided with detailed updates, videos, and follow-ups regarding ongoing structural issues that heavily disrupt sleep and daily life, they routinely ignore emails for days at a time without providing any clear timeline or resolution. Professional property management requires basic communication and accountability, and RPM North Point completely fails to deliver either.

I sent them a Notice of Termination of Property Management Agreement on 10/28, they have not responded or provided any info or plan to return the security deposit and keys. Also we have not received rent payment for Nov and Dec. The rent payment is always delayed for at least 1 or 2 months.

The manager, Russell, has been very proactive in ensuring that the property was clean, that repairs were addressed quickly, and that appropriate maintenance was conducted before and after the move. Everyone has been very professional and responsive to my needs with my new home. They even arranged concierge services to assist with setting up utility services, security and media access. After nearly two weeks in my new home, I am happy that I chose this property and that Real Property is representing both the owners and me in navigating through this contractual arrangement.
