I had an excellent time at this Airbnb with my friends. I would recommend it to anyone who has a decent size group. We had no issues and would love to stay again. The host was very responsive to any issues I had and a pleasure to deal with!

I am a homeowner with a rental home managed by STR Management. I have been truly impressed by their knowledge of what will work best for someone renting my house. They helped improve almost every aspect of the home for the better and they have excellent people working on site and online. They even revamped the layout of my 700 sqft house to give renters the convenience features of a much bigger house.

The home was clean and comfy. Perfect space for 4 people. Parking, easy access. We were in town for a concert at Moody Center. The venue is really close. Take back roads any chance you get. It saves lots of time. Also, everything we needed was nearby driving distance from the Airbnb. It's set in a perfect location. We would definitely stay again, if we ever needed to go back to Austin. Ames, thank you for being such a great host.

I recently stayed in one of their rentals and it was extremely nice. They are very responsive and helpful. The area was in a safe neighborhood where you could freely walk around. The apartment itself was nice and clean and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Austin!

Myself and my partner just stayed in one of their stunning rentals while we were in town for his medical conference! The second we arrived we knew we made the right decision! Upon entry we were welcomed with a fresh scent and a spotless home with beautiful furnishings. I honestly felt as though the furnishings were a little high end and they were brave to have them in short term rentals! Nonetheless we fell in love! So much so that we are even considering a move there in the future! The team was also very responsive and super helpful! If I could give 10 star I would in a heartbeat!

We stayed at one of the 'waterfront lofts' that STR management hosted, and we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was very nice, great location and very much like how it was advertised - no surprises. When we had any questions or issues during our stay, the management responded within minutes. I recommend them highly.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was a breeze to find, and we had no trouble exploring all the amazing spots they recommended. I brought my adorable newborn son along, and everything was so tidy and welcoming.

Our large family gathered in Austin for Thanksgiving, and we were thrilled to find a downtown home that fit all our needs. The spacious table accommodated our entire group, and the kitchen was perfect for multiple cooks to prepare our festive meals. There were enough beds for everyone, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
It's worth noting that extra services like early or late check-ins come with significant fees. With family members arriving from various parts of the country, we had to spend time in restaurants and malls with our bags until the 4 PM check-in, which was not ideal.
Our host was very responsive, but some concerns couldn't be fully addressed. Despite minor glitches, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is an excellent choice for large groups wanting to be within a short Uber ride of almost everything in Austin. We made wonderful memories and would recommend this home for its spaciousness, location, and overall comfort.
