I am grateful for my positive experience living in a townhouse rental under the property management of Sunworld. The unit I rented was affordable, clean, in great shape, & any maintenance requests submitted were addressed & fixed in a very timely manner. I felt that any of my questions or concerns were taken seriously, & I really enjoyed my time in that townhouse & still miss it dearly! The return of the deposits were returned justly & in great time. Thanks for being my last rental before buying a house!

An overall terrible experience renting from this company especially from the Paul the "Property manager" quite literally every experience I've had with this man has been extremely hostile and completely unprofessional. The maintenance quality and property control was abysmal especially for the amount of rent that was expected. Fought tooth and nail over any small inconvenience ESPECIALLY regarding deposits in which I was charged a ludicrous amount for paint and remediation (upwards to tripple the deposit amount and rent) which was amended with a screaming match and a grateful handing over of my entire deposit.
The automatic door locks required for the complexes where cheap unreliable and flimsy.
The build quality of all staircases where absolutely not up to code. Many such cases of laughable patch work and rotting foundation. Not including the actively falling drop ceiling from the overhangs that blew apart in the wind and the railing that bent and flexed 5-8 inches in any direction when leaned on.
I've also had instances of contractors on the behalf of sunworld steal things off my porch for their own personal use.
I'll be spending my money elsewhere next time, thanks guys.

I was very pleased with the information I received from Paul. He was professional and patient with all my questions about the services from SunWorld Group. I left the conversation feeling very comfortable in moving forward in working with SunWorld Group for managing my rental properties.

When I moved out, Sunworld group took an extra month’s rent from my bank account because it was on autopay and they failed to prevent it from taking a month’s rent when I was already moving out. That should not have happened in the first place. But even five weeks later, I have still not been reimbursed for this. I have called 4-5 times and sent an urgent email and still have not got anything back. This is even after being told it was going to returned within 10 business days. Then I called again, they gave me another date they said it would be returned and they failed it do so again. In addition, I was told I would be getting my security deposit back on a certain day and two weeks after that date, still nothing. They have not attempted to reach out to me at all and tell me what’s going on with them. This might have to become a legal matter. So BEWARE. On top of that, from the deposit, they charged me 1000$ in cleaning and repairs. Everyone- you should see how nice I left this place. All holes patched and painted and everything was cleaned WELL. Mind you, the apartment had a clear hole punched through one of the doors barely patched up and it was apparent the back door was kicked in and there was little attempt to fix that. I honestly believe it did not cost them 1000$ to “fix” the apartment and instead, they tried to suck as much money as they could justify because in the 6 unit apartment complex, one apartment is condemned due to horders and one apartment has failed to get new tenants for multiple months. Anyways, due to all these things, I am leaving a bad review for Sunworld group and would not recommend being a tenant through them.

As an out-of-state property owner, having reliable and proactive management is crucial, and Sunworld Property Management has truly exceeded our expectations. Their communication is always prompt and thorough, keeping us informed every step of the way. They go beyond just managing our property — they’ve provided invaluable investment advice and suggestions that have helped my wife and me make smart decisions. Sunworld Group was the greatest landlord/tenant relation I have ever had. They will provide a good rental and keep their word with you, fix any issues and work with you in all your rental needs. Highly Recommended.

Thank you for making the moving process so easy & for being so pleasant & patient with all my questions. I love my new place!
Update: as much as I loved my place, I moved out as soon as my lease was up and would not recommend renting from sunworld group. Upon move in I shampooed my carpet & the water came out black! When I complained they offered to have the same company who had already cleaned it come do it again. No thanks! Neighbors told me the previous tenant had been shot in the apartment & they didn't even change out the carpet (all the other units had hard floors) Maintenance requests took forever and even when they came out they didn't fix the issue half the time. A nail popped up out of the floor and I cut my foot pretty badly on it. The baseboards weren't even attached in places, just propped against the wall 😅 The back tank of the toilet was completely full of mold for some reason, as well as the underneath of kitchen drawers. The walls would get moldy easily and on hot days the whole complex stunk when you stepped outside.
I did receive almost my entire deposit back upon move out which was surprising. Most places try to keep it but the move out charges were very reasonable.
