I sent your company a request via Airbnb and also took the time to find your website and sent a request directly through your website but seems you only respond when someone leaves a negative review instead of just paying without asking any questions about the property … I’ve booked another property in the same community already. Not comfortable booking through your company.

Ryan and Liz are exceptional hosts. They were very attentive to intricate details about their property to ensure our stay was most pleasurable. We were not disappointed. I own a property in Champions Gate and Ryan from Cosmic Vacations has been managing my home for almost 2 years. I am very happy with the way the manage our guests and take care of our home. I also like that he is also an owner of a vacation rental so he understands how to run it. His managers Liz and Chris and very friendly and responsive and know how to put out fires and earn 5 star reviews... I definitely recommend them!

We recently (Feb 2025) had the BEST experience staying at Hyperspace Hideaway with a group of 16!! We had 8 kids in the group ranging from 6y-12y and each one stayed entertained in the pool, arcade, themed rooms and many TVs and absolutely loved their experience! Us adults enjoyed the (free) heated pool and spa and bbq on the perfectly sized back patio, plenty of king sized rooms with ensuites to feel we all had our own couple space, enough toilet paper/soap/shampoo/laundry pods/dishwasher tabs to last us a full week! There were plenty of towels for everyone, and every single detail was so well thought out and maintained by the extremely responsive management team!! We will for sure be staying again, and are actively sharing with friends and family the perfect family holiday with Cosmic Vacations!!

We LOVED everything about this home. We reached out to owner beforehand requesting permission to host a small wedding with under 25 people and he approved. It was everything we could ask for and more. My husband and I love Utah and it was just the perfect place and location for our event. During our trip we were able to visit Zion, Bryce and Horseshoe bend in AZ and they were all very close. We recommend the close hikes in Kanab also! Just a beautiful place and an amazing home- with ALL of the necessities. Fully stocked kitchen and amazing entertainment room for the kids. We didn’t see the kids for days at a time from 3 years old to 17 years old. We all loved it!! Thank you Cosmic Retreat for an unforgettable trip, we will definitely return for our anniversary!

We absolutely loved this airbnb. It was very spacious and big enough for our entire family. The game room was the highlight of the weekend. The beds were super comfy. We hit a small snag but both Liz and Ryan responded quickly and solved the issue and more. Very understanding and attentive host. We will definitely book again! Great job guys!

Heaven on earth. From the conversations with the owner, Ryan and the property manager, Liz, to having to change the wedding location the day before, this destination wedding was so easy! Added benefit is that Liz knows everyone in Kanab, Utah and is a master at coordinating for our wedding. Plus her family caters! Being from Ohio, she made all the plans simple and after our first phone call, everything was figured out for the cabins and wedding. The property with the two cabins on it was gorgeous. We actually stayed in the smaller one three years ago and we knew where we wanted to stay as soon as we decided on Zion as the wedding venue. Three years ago the large cabin was being decked out and we enjoyed peeking in to see what they were doing. Boy, did they deck out! Everyone loved the arcade downstairs. If you’re a coffee drinker, you’re going to love the coffee setup in both cabins. We will be making this property our place anytime we go to southern Utah. And we now count Ryan and Liz friends. They really do treat you like family but in a good way! You can’t go wrong with this property. Beautiful, quiet, close to everything and so comfortable!!

1719 Tropical Palms Circle. My family has gathered in various houses in the Kissimmee area for reunions for the past 16 years & this is THE best house for our large group. We were so sad when the weekend was over & we had to leave this wonderful home. This was our second stay at this property & it was even better than the first! All arrangements for reserving & arriving went smoothly again- communicating with Ryan & Liz was easy & their replies to our needs very prompt. This home is perfect for our large multi-generational family gathering. The machines & games in the game room are in GREAT working order & young & old kids loved that! The heated pool was clean & actually heated upon our arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of counter space & a large wonderful walk-in pantry to stow all your provisions so kitchen can remain organized. Everything was exactly as represented & in good repair. What we love about this house: lots of near-by parking, pool privacy, outdoor space for games, lots of indoor areas for quiet gatherings & conversations, nice large areas for entire group to gather, large outdoor dining table & chairs, large capacity indoor dining table too (we needed both!) Beds & pillows are comfortable. The A/C works very well & kept the house & all bedrooms cool even with lots of in & out traffic. This house meets all our needs perfectly & exceeds expectations. We can't wait to return again next year!
