We absolutely loved the residence! There was plenty of room and the pool was perfect. We wish we had had more time to enjoy it. It is such a beautiful and peaceful area. Ryan and Liz were great hosts and very responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!

This home had everything our family needed for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The location was perfect-peaceful and quiet under the stars, yet still less than a 10-minute drive into town for any supplies we needed. The rooms comfortably accommodated our family of 14, and the amenities made the trip even better, including the movie room, arcade, and the quiet outdoor porch with rocking chairs where we could unwind after a full day of fun. We highly recommend this home in Kanab and are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Ryan and Liz's home was exactly as described in the listing. Photos accurately represented the space. Home was walkable to the Club House with resort-style amenities. The swimming pool, game room and theater within the home were excellent. Providing endless fun for kids and adults of all ages! Tons of outdoor seating allowed for wet kids to jump out of the pool for lunch, while adults had a separate space to play cards. Outdoor TV was also a huge hit... allowing us to watch World Cup matches while sitting in pool or spa. Ryan and Liz were extremely responsive when I reached out with questions. They accommodated my request for an early check-in and late check-out (for a small fee) and were very cooperative in shipping a few forgotten items (including a change purse with cash) for a small fee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at this home again on a future Disney vacation.

This place is beyond great! From the moment my family walked in we felt right at home. The first thing we noticed right out of the gate is that this home was nice and cool. This was amazing since it was so hot outside! The beds are extremely comfortable and the bedding makes you feel right at home. The bathrooms are very modern, spacious and very clean . All of the furniture was very thoughtfully selected and not the cheap rickety stuff that you see in many Airbnb's in popular tourist spots. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and very well organized. There was so much intention that went into creating the space to ensure that everybody feels at home and if I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I will absolutely be reserving this Airbnb in the future! Something else that I love about this location is that it was not in a high traffic area, but was still very close to all of the major attractions The hosts are wonderful people who are very responsive and kind!

This Disney and Paw Patrol themed BnB was absolutely perfect for our family. Every room was thoughtfully decorated and so much fun for the kids - they were completely obsessed from the moment we walked in. The themed bedrooms made it feel like a magical experience for them! The home was very clean, well organized, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. The attention to detail in the decorations and setup really made it special, especially for families with young kids. It truly was a fun addition to our Disney trip.
