The service I received was fabulous. Kevin went way and above to analyze and fix the problems. He was extremely amiable and willing to answer all my questions. He’s a very bright, technical gem.

The leasing agent Chris Boyd was great throughout my application and leasing process. His showing agent Leland was very knowledgeable and familiar with the property and unit. Chris and his staff are very effective communicators and they make the moving process seamless and worry free. Chris Boyd and his team at Longstreet take the anxiety and stress right out of the lease -move process. I would recommend Chris anytime! Steven was an excellent, well informed maintenance tech. My kitchen and bathroom shine because stevens expertise.

We had a Semi-annual inspection done in Corvallis on our unit and we were pleasantly surprised by how kind and professional the walkthrough was. While he inspected for the routine damages he didn’t mind me asking a bunch of general maintenance questions and happily gave me advice. I cannot for the life of me remember his name but he was a little older and we had a good conversation about de-icing our units driveway. Super helpful and nice guy. Thank you!

Very friendly employees every time I’ve called and spoke to them. Clear instructions to get to duplex easy access code with clear instruction. Just want to say thank you to Chris Boyd for being patient with me and helping me through this process he was absolutely amazing definitely would recommend him he’s absolutely the best

A work order was very much delayed and possibly forgotten about. This was roughly my Second or third work order for my rental. Usually, they are pretty fast and on top of it. But I put this work order in the middle of October. Regarding my dishwasher, not working. A technician did come out and assess the dishwasher and was informed I needed a new dishwasher from then on there was no communication. Followed up with emails with no response. I was finally able to get a response stating that they were looking at getting me another dishwasher. And needed actual measurements. Today December 9their own technician Kevin did come out to. To replace my dishwasher. He was friendly, Apologized regarding the situation and the delay. And made sure that my dishwasher was delivered and installed today.

Maricruz Mendoza has been amazing in helping us get into our rental. They are very communicative and helpful. I cannot speak past that because we are not in our new place yet, but I will update by Nov or 2026.
They have always sent people to fix any problems we have had. Steven, Billy, and Kevin are always prompt, courteous, and helpful

Mauricio was very kind and helpful. He reached out to check in on how my move was going and was able to help me with what I needed. Typically, the office isnt open weekends but he took the initiative to makensure i had everything i needed.
I'd also like to mention Chris. He was very patient and helpful during the leasing proccess. He was supportive and if he didnt have the answers, he asked the right people for me. He made me feel like he cared and wanted to help.
I have only good things to say about both Mauricio and Chris.

Steven and Billy (hes new!) were very courteous, friendly and professional! They were responsive and worked hard on the issue, even when the job became more involved than anticipated. We really appreciated their effort and attitude, they were almost pleasant to have in the house and put everything back the way it was.
