Kevin just stopped by for some maintenance on our rental and it went great! He’s very helpful and courteous, all of our maintenance needs are met and then some! Very happy to be in this rental from Long Street since we know we’ll be taken care of!

After noticing multiple unanswered calls to the Corvallis/Salem office, Chris Boyd at the Portland office decided to reach out to me and see if they could assist me. They were incredibly helpful and communicated perfectly. I'm super appreciative of Chris deciding to take the time to check if they could help!

Just completed the onboarding inspection after LongStreet took over the apartment complex. There were some issues with communication trying to schedule, but this was also seemed to be a pretty sudden transition for all parties. The inspection itself went smoothly. I was reassured about some upcoming security changes (putting up a lockbox, etc) and was told how to best navigate submitting maintenance requests to get any issues fixed quickly. This felt more thorough than other inspections and like they took the issues that I had expressed to the previous management company more seriously. Overall a very positive experience.

Jason completed our semi-annual inspection and was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He answered all of my questions and completed the inspection in a timely manner. I give Jason as our inspector 5 out of 5 stars! However, the process of scheduling this inspection was frustrating. After Paulo Hall from Longstreet emailed that we had a mandatory inspection coming up, I specifically rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the inspection on the required day. I could not get answer from Paulo or Longstreet in the days leading up to the inspection to receive a specific time they would arrive so I had to take the entire day off. The morning of the scheduled inspection, Paulo texted me that no one would be able to come after all. I was very frustrated at the lack of communication and respect for my time. I then had to rearrange my work schedule for a second time the following week to accommodate the mandatory inspection. I did voice my frustration to Paulo and the inspection did occur on time the 2nd time we scheduled to meet, so I do appreciate Paulo hearing my frustrations and remedying the situation. This is why I only deducted one star from my review.

LongStreet Properties very recently took over management of the apartment complex that I live at. So far they have been amazing with their communication and have been nothing but helpful. Huge upgrade from the previous management company. Jason came by to do an onboarding inspection, was extremely friendly, and discussed the issues him/his colleagues would be helping fix throughout my apartment. Thank you to Jason and LongStreet for an OUTSTANDING first impression!

We had a Semi-annual inspection done in Corvallis on our unit and we were pleasantly surprised by how kind and professional the walkthrough was. While he inspected for the routine damages he didn’t mind me asking a bunch of general maintenance questions and happily gave me advice. I cannot for the life of me remember his name but he was a little older and we had a good conversation about de-icing our units driveway. Super helpful and nice guy. Thank you!

Very friendly employees every time I’ve called and spoke to them. Clear instructions to get to duplex easy access code with clear instruction. Just want to say thank you to Chris Boyd for being patient with me and helping me through this process he was absolutely amazing definitely would recommend him he’s absolutely the best

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris B at Longstreet Property Management and I couldn’t be happier.
