Jason was quick, friendly, and thorough in conducting the bi-annual inspection. Scheduling was a bit wonky (thus the one-star deduction) as the timing window that the work was scheduled for (8 am to 4 pm) did not match when the work actually occurred (4:30 pm after calling to follow up on the no show). However, Jason came out quickly after we called to follow up so we luckily did not have to pay for another day of doggie day care and rearrange another day of work to accommodate the visit.

Longstreet Property Management has been incredibly helpful and has made the renting process easy and stress-free for me as a first-time renter and college student. Their team is always accessible and responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance. In particular, Sweeney Eusebio was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions about rent and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and support I’ve received from Longstreet Property Management.

It’s really easy to get our maintenance issues set up through the portal. Our townhome issues were solved with easy communication. Quick mention to Steven and Ivan for doing a great job fixing our issue with the closet door and water situation! Very sweet and easy to talk to.

So far so great! I haven't moved in yet so I will come back to this to update but our application has been approved! We like the quality of the home we picked and our experience has been positive thus far! We are working with Maricruz!
She's been sweet and on top of getting the ball rolling!

Bob was so efficient, punctual, and friendly! He walked us through our first inspection and explained what he was doing step by step. He was very personable and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Bob also listened to our maintenance concerns and made sure that they were documented for future work orders. We would 100% recommend Bob to anyone else needing to schedule an annual maintenance/ safety inspection.

We’ve had a great experience working with Longstreet Property Management. From a vendor’s perspective, their team is organized, professional, and easy to collaborate with, which makes a big difference in getting projects done efficiently.
A special shoutout to Ivan and Mia, both are consistently responsive, clear in communication, and genuinely great to work with. They stay on top of details, provide timely updates, and make coordination smooth from start to finish.
It’s always a positive experience partnering with a team that values strong communication and follow through. Looking forward to continuing to work together!

Very friendly employees every time I’ve called and spoke to them. Clear instructions to get to duplex easy access code with clear instruction. Just want to say thank you to Chris Boyd for being patient with me and helping me through this process he was absolutely amazing definitely would recommend him he’s absolutely the best
