I have worked with Red Fortress for over 11 years. I am a vendor & have worked closely with Carmen Souza, Don Sapp & Yilda Perez. They are very professional & great to work with. Also, they pay their invoices extremely quick. I highly recommend doing business with Red Fortress!

Red Fortress Property Management took over two of my rental units in Ft. Myers, FL with one being vacant for several months and they had a new tenant signed in no time. I work with Don Sapp Property Manager and he is in constant communication on all issues that arise. They have strong follow up skills as well. You can't go wrong with this group.

Don was great - responsive and professional. He listened to our needs and found our family the perfect place, within our budget. He communicated clearly what was needed and responded very promptly to any questions we had. Everything was as we expected, actually better than we thought! We would definitely recommend him!

Reached out to Red Fortress Property Management about my property. Had a nice conversation with their business development person. They sent an email to the property manager, Daniel, to get a property analysis. Daniel chose to not respond to the email for two weeks. Followed up with another email asking when the analysis could be expected. He, again, chose to not respond. If you’re looking to have your emails responded to, I would probably look at a different company.

I have had the best experience through Red Fortress with Don, Yilda, and Frances. Don is always very responsive and sends all the communications we need for our place. He is always available and willing to help. He is the best property manager I have worked with. Yilda was also a pleasure to work with when I had to submit a work order. She dealt with the issue I had very fast and had everything solved within 24 hours! When I have been at the office, Frances has always been so sweet and willing to help with questions I've had. They go above and beyond their work!
