Red Fortress Property Management took over two of my rental units in Ft. Myers, FL with one being vacant for several months and they had a new tenant signed in no time. I work with Don Sapp Property Manager and he is in constant communication on all issues that arise. They have strong follow up skills as well. You can't go wrong with this group.

Reached out to Red Fortress Property Management about my property. Had a nice conversation with their business development person. They sent an email to the property manager, Daniel, to get a property analysis. Daniel chose to not respond to the email for two weeks. Followed up with another email asking when the analysis could be expected. He, again, chose to not respond. If you’re looking to have your emails responded to, I would probably look at a different company.

Excellent Property Management Company. Very professional and courteous. Immediately responds to any request, services, or repairs if needed. Our agent Daniel Grzesiak is accommodating and cares about the tenant. If you’re looking to rent, use this management company….you won’t be disappointed! 5 Star Rating!

I was a tenant of Red Fortress and Don Sapp was our property manager, for 4 years. I cannot say enough good things about this property management company. Maintenance requests were solved within a timely manner every single time. Appliances were fixed and even upgraded, if necessary. They didn’t spike the rent every single year by an insane amount. Very reasonable. Great communication, every time I called or texted I was answered right away. Being able to have a property manager, who answers their phone and who you can actually see and speak to, is a huge plus. After moving out, and renting through another management company I do not have that luxury. I surely will miss renting through them, and will recommend them for anybody looking for a rental property and will go back to them in the future one day if needed!!! Consider this property management company before you look at the others… for example FIRSTKEY or PROGRESS RESIDENTIAL. Nothing but nightmares when you use those companies. The administration and property managers at Red Fortress are great to work with. We provide background check services to them for screening their tenants. Frances and Parrish in the front office are very knowledgeable about the industry and handle the application process in a very efficient manner. They pay all their bills on time and respond to any questions in a timely manner. Highly Recommended!
