I had a positive experience working with Don Sapp at Red Fortress. They are professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout my rental process. Whenever I have questions or concerns, they communicate clearly and worked to address them promptly. I especially appreciate Don, with his help with maintenance issues or move in questions . Their support made my experience as a resident much easier, and I would recommend this apartment community to others. Thank you

I appreciated their transparency and attention to detail, which made me feel confident every step of the way. Finding and securing a rental can often be challenging, but Red Fortress made the experience straightforward and efficient.

I have 2 things to speak about. When my electric was acting up, the necessary steps were taken with the electric company, then the property management had to get involved and yes they did!!! The problem was taken care of and l thank them very much for taking care of me. The 2nd experience was really good and fast, Mr. Joe accessed the situation quickly and let me know what the problem was and said he would write it up and send it in. Now, just waiting to see what the owner does. When will my washer be replaced? I give the property management 2 thumbs up for their involvement and their swift interactions. Thank you,

My wife and I worked with Don at Red Fortress and I can assure you that the experience was outstanding. Don is a true professional that is willing to go above and beyond to assure the experience is positive. Thank you Don and Red Fortress for helping us with the rental while our new home was being built. I can assure you that if we rent our new home, Red Fortress will be our property manager.

Don Sapp helped my boyfriend and I find our first place together, and we really appreciated how smooth he made the process. As first-timers, we had a lot of questions, and he was always quick to respond and kept things moving without making it stressful. Overall, it was a really easy experience, and we’re grateful to have had his help with such a big step. We were so lucky to have found Red Fortress Property Management!!
