Rental has too many issues that were not fixed prior to move in. Known drug use in properties that are overlooked and not taken care of. Qwest will do nothing about the loud music or their tenants threatening violence on other tenants and refusing to do anything about these individuals trespassing.

We have been very happy with the service provided by Qwest Property Management. They keep us informed when needed and then take care of our properties better than we could do ourselves.

Qwest was a great property manager for the house i was renting. Prompt responses and timely updates were a standard practice for Qwest. As a tenant you never know what you'll get with a property management company, so it was nice to feel taken care of as a tenant. It sure seems that Qwest has their systems and processes dialed in.

I’m also with Ms. Dziabuda below and have the same exact sentiment as them. From when Qwest took over our rent through today (look at the AI slop response they responded with,) we had terrible communication and experiences with Qwest. To reiterate, they did not replace our condemned furnace when it was the coldest week of that year for 4 DAYS IN WHAT THEY CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY SITUATION, they did not communicate that they disconnected our HVAC unit until we tried to turn it on, and also lied about our non-renewal, were I was told the city was taking the building over even though the listing is still available on their website. From my eyes, management is either trying to leave this job because of how much they hate it, or they make consistent mistakes then try to make up for it. Absolutely shameful when it comes to housing for the community. Please avoid if/when you can and find an independent landlord, you will thank me later.

Where do I even begin with this horrible business? I’ve been renting in the GR area for over 10 years and I have NEVER had any issues with a landlord or property management company.
Qwest took over a property we were leasing with a private landlord and everything immediately went downhill. Our furnace was condemned in the middle of winter 2024 and it took them 4 days to replace claiming it “wasn’t an emergency” and thought the measly solution of giving us one space heater for the entire house. Our ceiling had been leaking since October 2024, they sent multiple people to fix it and it was never truly fixed - the ceiling was torn apart until we moved out in June 2025 AND continuing to leak water and soak through multiple towels.
Then, Dominique Dykstra, the most incompetent person I have ever met, has the audacity to straight up LIE to us claiming that the house was sold to the city and we had 30 days to move out (when our lease expired, even though we had planned to renew the lease). Dominique claims that they sent a letter in April, but our USPS preview shows that no letter ever came (the second time they claim to have sent a letter explaining themselves). Wouldn’t a competent property manager think to actually receive confirmation from their tenants in a timely manner about them being required to move out? Even better - upon a basic internet search, it turns out that Qwest has our old property up for rent! And for the final cherry on top, they send our security deposit refund to the completely wrong address (despite us CLEARLY putting the correct address in writing).
These people (Dominique and Kevin or Keith or whatever his name is) are rude, greedy, incompetent, and scum. They are untrustworthy and do not deserve your business.

The best decision my husband and I ever made with our rental property was to choose Kevin and his team to manage it! He takes very good care of our property, and is always available to help and give good advice. Kevin is honest, straightforward, and efficient. He is the best property manager we have, and I wish all the others were like him!
