I’ve been very satisfied with the property management services provided. Communication is clear, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the team is consistently professional. I would like to commend all the staff for their exceptional support and reliability. Highly recommend.

I lived in a unit handled by them in Orange County, CA and within the year I dealt with: - Trash not getting taken out for 2 weeks - Hot water getting shut off consistently - Parking tickets - was told I didn't need a permit to park in the neighborhood where the unit was located at, which was incorrect. The city requires the property management to apply for parking permits for the unit. By the time the mgmt was informed, the city had changed their laws to not allow apartments tenants to get permits. Got about 14 parking tickets within 6 months of living there and couldn't do anything about it. - Electricity consistently going out. When I contacted them about my power being out, they asked me to go outside and check the electrical panel on the building because they did not have an electrician they could send to the unit. They eventually sent out an electrician to address the issue 3 months after my initial complaint. - Admin issues. So. Many. Admin. Issues. The company has several emails and phone numbers to contact but finding the right person to contact is such a journey. When I tried to address the electricity issue, I was routed to several different emails and phone numbers. And I just received a utility bill for an apartment I haven't lived in for 2 months because they have not cancelled my account. - Moving out was extremely difficult. When I moved out, my current property management had to reach out to 3 separate people because they kept giving me the wrong contact information. On my last day, I was told to just leave my key "in the apartment" with the door unlocked. That feels like a huge security issue and really speaks to their lack of care. The only thing this company has been consistent about is their unprofessionalism and lack of care when addressing tenant issues. Would only recommend to stay away from properties handled by this company.

Josue was very professional and very knowledgeable on the surrounding rental trends. He provided us with great ideas and strategies on how to market our property. Josue introduced us to one of his office partners by the name of Minerva, who has been fantastic. Our property is currently being rented and Minerva has walked us through the whole management process. As we had predicted the tenant has had a couple of concerns and repairs and Minerva has immediately notified us and together have resolved the problem in a timely manner. We truly feel that our property is in good hands with "El Camino property Management" and our tenant is very happy.
