If there was a way to give a zero review I’d honestly give it to them. I’ve been in my duplex for a couple of years and ever since property manager was taken over by Gomes I’ve had several issues. I’ve put in maintenance requests for the same issues for over a year and have never gotten a resolution. The staff turnover is atrocious. The entire process of trying to get maintenance is ridiculously frustrating. I’ve had random men come to my house several times to look at an issue (literally just to look at it) then disappear without any follow up. I’ve literally been asking that the sinking floor boards, refrigerator leak and dishwasher be fixed for over a year. No one returns calls and I feel this constant tension to just leave. I love my neighbors but this company is awful.

I just became a Gomes Homes tenant, and words can’t express how accommodating and helpful they are! Joshua showed me the property and Kat took care of things from there. They’re fast, communicative, and will walk you through every step of the process. If you’re on Zillow or any other site searching for a home, start with Gomes Homes.

My experience with Gomes has been nothing short of amazing! Kat is the best. I moved from Arizona to Tennessee, and Gomes/Kat made the very stressful move SO much easier. Since that time, they've been responsive and helpful whenever I've reached out. Thank you!!!

Gomes Homes has been nothing short of amazing! Our property had been listed w/ a different property management company for 3 months… with no prospective tennants that entire time. We met with Jacob to view the property and in one week he contacted us to inform us he had a contract ready to be implemented!

energetic, communicative, and are eager to work for their clients!

Managing our rental property through Jake has been the best decision my wife and I could have made. His attention to detail and great communication make sure that we know exactly what is going on at all times even from the other side of the country! Jake keeps us in the loop consistently and takes the initiative to solve problems before they even arise. We feel 100% confident that Jake can handle anything that could come up and he has found tenets quickly and efficiently.
