I definitely recommend this property management company. From day one, their communication has been absolutely exceptional. They provide regular, proactive updates so I always know exactly what is happening, meaning I never have to chase them down for answers. Anytime a task needs to be completed they handle it quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They are incredibly helpful, transparent with information, and genuinely easy to work with. They have taken all the stress out of managing my property, and I am grateful for their service.

Rent My Home is a fantastic company to rent from. I've had a few minor issues that needed attention, and most of them were resolved within 24 hours. The technicians who came to my home to handle the repairs were very friendly and kind. The management company follows up to ensure everything has been taken care of. They truly care about their tenants.

Renewal of our lease was quick and easy. Everything done on my phone securely without having to go out of the way. Overall coordination with maintenance and any concerns we have are addressed promptly and full as well as making sure everything is going well every step of the way! Thank y’all for what you do :)

The absolute worst when comes to communication
We had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company. From the beginning, they led us to believe they were willing to work with us, asked for documents, kept us waiting, and gave us false hope throughout the application process.
After all the time, effort, and stress we invested, our application was denied without any meaningful explanation. Every time we asked for clarification, we were met with excuses instead of honest communication. They refused to tell us why we were denied or provide any information that could help us understand the decision.
The entire process felt unprofessional and disrespectful. If they had no intention of working with us, they should have been upfront instead of wasting our time and leaving us hanging. Clear communication and transparency are the bare minimum when people are making important housing decisions.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a straightforward and respectful rental experience. If you value honesty, communication, and professionalism, you may want to look elsewhere.

I couldn't recommend Rent My Home enough to anyone whose looking for a property manager. They've been super communicative throughout the entire process and transparent with the process. Speaking with a couple realtors, they've expressed how great Rent My Home is so they for sure have a great reputation in the local area and as a home owner, I feel confident in their ability!
