This company is trash and would never even try to use them again. Couldn’t close when they said they would and then changed leverage on me day before closing. The information that they ask you for is just straight ridiculous. The insurance company found them weird, title found them weird, realtor also was also not a fan. All parties involved were just sending me messages on the side asking to please switch lenders smh I didn’t listen because of my main contact there and ending up getting jammed up when they switched terms/leverage last minute. Stay away I would rather pay more money and go smooth then to hear all the things they promote and them want to jam you up. Lost a 4K EMD because of them. Please learn from me and stay away they are trash. Had me add things to my scope of work because that’s why they wanted as if they were the ones that were going to live in the property

My experience with Asset Based Lending was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from the start, and the process was full of delays and confusion. I was repeatedly promised updates that never came, and it felt like no one was taking accountability. Important details kept slipping through the cracks, and the level of professionalism just wasn’t there. I wouldn’t recommend working with this company unless you’re prepared to chase people down for answers and deal with unnecessary stress.

Extremely Disappointing Experience This company is completely untrustworthy. They hit you with hidden fees that are never disclosed upfront, you only find out at the closing table. Their customer service is absolutely non-existent; getting any kind of response or support is nearly impossible. Requesting a draw is a nightmare, full of delays and excuses. This was my first time dealing with the new management after the company was sold, and it has been nothing but a disappointment. I will never use them again, and I strongly advise others to stay away.
