Headache, stress, unprofessional, misleading, no communication. If you want to experience the above, this is them. They will not provide updates or communicate with you unless you reach out. And even if you reach out they will get upset at you for reaching out. I had so much trouble using them. I applied on Nov 17 2024, it took them until December 3rd of 2024 to start the process, and that's because I reached out. Mind you I sent them everything they asked for. Then I reached out on Dec 17th to find out there had been an issue with the appraisal where they needed me involved, I had no idea until I emailed them because they wouldn't answer the phone. They would not provide any guidance on the next steps until I got involved and got the ball rolling again. New appraisal didn't get ordered until mid January of 2025. Biggest headache and stress Ive ever experienced in my life. I Highly do not recommend them. From Nov 17 2024- Feb 28th 2025 was the long unnecessary process. And I still did not close with them because they threw in some hidden fees at closing, and when I confronted them at closing, they were upset and said they communicated to me all of it. I told them I was looking at the Term sheet and did not say $17k closing costs. Did not sign, and went with a different lender and in 3 weeks my loan was closed and funded from start to finish and payed only $6k in closing costs, $11k difference!!! Don't use this company!!

BEWARE – This Lender is a Complete Scam! 🚨 If you value your time and money, STAY AWAY from this so-called "lender." They will drag out the process for months with unnecessary document requests just to buy time. We wasted 4+ months on what should have been a straightforward loan. After the appraisal came back, they started stalling with irrelevant demands like rental payment proofs, only to delay and extend the process further. Every document review took at least a week, making it impossible to close. This is a tactic, not a mistake—they systematically string people along. Avoid this con job at all costs!

Had an appraisal completed on a house. Came in 30k lower than the other TWO appraisals completed. Unfortunately, they didn’t care and stuck by their person although it was completely unjustified. Compared my completely remodeled house (roof, electrical, heating, and water) to an outdated house recently sold. Stated my upgrades didn’t matter and they will stick by their guy. Completely my blowing experience and a waste of time. Do not recommend them! The only reason I didn’t use my original lender is they don’t lend under 125k and this house is in a lower graded area.
