This management team, gets down to the bizz. They keep things clean and safe. It's been a huge difference since they have come in and taken over building management. Definitely recommend renting from them.

Rochester property solutions maintenance has been incredibly accommodating and responsive. Since I moved in, I had a few different requests, and Fred contacted me in a timely manner and walked me through the work he was doing every step of the way, even going as far as making me a video of him completing a request when I couldn’t be there. I have really appreciated the responsiveness and feel like I am in very good hands.

Maintenance always responds in a timely manner, no matter what the issue is! Fred has now fixed my kitchen sink. , he is always friendly and efficient. Thanks for all your help!

Fred and his maintenance staff was phenomenal. They did their job beautifully and on time. Thank you for being there for me and fixing my stuff when I needed it and as soon as I needed it. We can always count on you.

Fred, their electric technician, has done several work requests in my apartment. He is knowledgeable, competent, kind, and friendly.
I made a maintenance request to have my Furnace and my water on the kitchen sink repaired . There were a few issues with it! The Eat was not turning on, Fred ck the issue and after few minutes was able to find the issue
I need it a new thermostat in few minutes he changes the thermostat and the eat was working. My water in the kitchen sink was not going down he ck few thinks and some solution down the drain and the water started to go down. Still sometimes the water is going down slowly but it is going down better than before Thank you to Fred and the Rochester Property Solutions Management for is knowledgeability, and for CK after the work order!

They are very quick to respond to maintenance requests. When I was locked out of the main door, before sending someone over, they sent a text to the whole building. Asking if someone could let me in, and my neighbors responded quickly and the next day the door was good to go! I think it was Fred who helped me.

I recently put in a maintenance request to have my stove repaired. There were a few issues with it including a burner not working. To my surprise, the stove (which I admit was rather old) was replaced with a brand new one. I am very grateful that my issue was resolved, and that the outcome exceeded my expectations! Thank you.

Most definitely a scam!!!!!! Paid 2 $20 application fees. Chased them down. Sent several emails and only received 3 communications via text asking for information that was provided several times. They asked for my maternity leave pay I gave them all the information they required, then they proceeded to tell me to provide my regular pay after maternity leave (which wasn’t over for several months) then they proceeded to say my application was denied due to credit when my credit is above the guidelines they required for a house in a high crime neighborhood. Don’t waste your time. 0 stars.
