Putting in a maintenance request is simple and easy with the portal. Once I put one in, they are quick to schedule someone to come out and take a look and then schedule the repair. We have rented with Rochester Property Solutions for two years now. When maintenance tickets are dispatched, their maintenance team has been awesome with communication and resolving the issues at hand. Pete, a technician has helped us most recently and went above and beyond to ensure both of our maintenance requests were fixed and to our satisfaction. Other technicians reflect the same experience and values!

Moving can feel very overwhelming amd difficult but not with Rochester property solutions and the amazing assistance of Caroline, a staff member that assisted every step of the way! The apartment we received is absolutely beautiful. It's a 2 bedroom apartment in the country with lots of land and one other tenant on the property. The apartment has new paint all working appliances and even a keyless door system. This apartment is absolutely beautiful. Also the staff member Caroline helped in so many ways I am nothing but grateful for how easy she made this process. Caroline was very professional and was always available to answer questions and assist on any way possible. She made me and my family feel apart of a team of residents and staff that works together.

The actual lease and move in process was fair and convenient. The issue we are facing is moving in and the house was not recently cleaned and multiple maintenance requests had to be placed. It’s difficult to show what was not cleaned because we moved into a 5 bedroom home and have to unpack and clean at the same time. I just expected to move into a clean home given the amount of money we are expected to pay every month. There is no walk way to our front door and no way to enter through the back door on the outside. It’s seem like the home needed major work before we moved in. The garage was filled with junk and cob webs from previous residents and has no lights or anything for us to see when parking in the garage. So now that we are moved in we have to experience loss of wages to take extra days off to wait for maintenance and clean things that should have been done by the company before move in. We applied for the home 6 weeks in advance which is more than enough time for the owners to make the home move in ready. I’m very disappointed in that aspect but have to give props for the respectfulness and empathy shown from the agency.

I submitted an application for a 2-bedroom apartment and have been trying to get an update, but no one has contacted me. There has been no communication at all regarding whether my application was approved or denied. As a parent with a baby, I’m trying to plan ahead and need to know my housing situation. It’s very frustrating to be left waiting without any response. Better communication with applicants would make a big difference. I wish this company can have some kind of empathy I would have respected them more if they would have simply emailed and said u was denied and then I’m reading reviews about there communication somebody and I mean somebody is sitting somewhere listening to every voicemail and call that comes in that’s very unprofessional if you have a kid(s)/ family and looking for a apartment I wouldn’t depend on this one it’s so many red flags to begin with it’s probably just my sign to move on and that’s exactly what I’ll be doing for me and mine but the ones looking good luck !

No compassion or empathy...explained to someone who contacted me through texting that we didn't meet the length of employment requirement of two years. My husband is a stage 4 cancer survivor and returned to work a year ago. I am currently battling cancer and lupus and cannot work. However, we met every other requirement including credit score, references, positive rental history, and income level. Starting to see that people in the Rochester area are all about money and have little empathy or concern for fellow humans. Oh well, their loss, we are excellent tenants with fantastic references, and have never once been late on rent in 30 years, no evictions, lease violations, and have a perfectly clean criminal background.

I love their great services a lot, if you need help there are coming very soon. Thank you very much for your great help and cooperation, If you rent any houses or apartments,Believe me you will not regret it. 100% excellent and great services and the best and kindest people not only in Rochester but also all over the world. I am very very happy with them.

Im so glad I was able to rent this house for me and my babies and they have been great with staying communicated and helping out when needed. They try and resolve problems as quick as possible which a plus for me. And the maintenance guy Fred has been awesome with helping out when needed. And he is great with comminucating and for wasnt for him i wouldn't be here 🤗 So for right now I am in love with this home and cant wait to stay here for a long time. Because my babies need a home to grow in and enjoy. 😇🥰 Thank you RPS for giving me the chance to rent this place 🥰❤️
