Incredibly unprofessional. Shannon, the property manager NEVER answers or returns any calls. Numerous complaints have been filed over the past few months, NOTHING has been changed, I have never been contacted regarding my complaints either. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare.

The only time that I get a resolution and things looked into is when I do a review, I have gone two weekends already with a non-working fridge last weekend It happened Friday night. I called the emergency line so many times and one came out until TUESDAY (3 days with no working fridge) Horrible vendor comes out and he says oh it looks like it’s cooling down again he didn’t check anything as far as compressor or Freon if applicable he says oh no need to check that. He didn’t do anything on his end. Fast forward to today. I wake up. It’s literally blowing hot air. That is 2 sets of groceries that I’ve had to throw out with no one showing empathy no one offering compensation of any kind. I’ve called 2 times already bc no one is answering and it’s 1pm..This is beyond frustrating. Honestly, no one should be able to do a review unless you rent from PMI because the resolution time that I get when I have serious maintenance issues does not get resolved in a timely matter. it’s actually quite disappointing. Another spring break weekend without a properly working fridge, and this is creating a real hardship for my household, especially with my kids home for spring break. Food has been spoiled and we are unable to store groceries AGAIN! Do better please. Do better please.

I need to Thank Shannon & the folks {Brittany / Valeria} at PMI Arrico Realty. Having been a home owner who rented property in the past and recently a renter for 22 years; I appreciate their modern system of conducting business. Their secure web site allows you to immediately submit maintenance issues plus follow the process. Property inspections are easy to accomplish via an App that coordinates picture submissions. All visits to the property are scheduled with your inputs & approval. PMI Arrico Realty should be your go-to choice either as a homeowner or renter!

When looking in the area we kept getting scammed. Please go with a property Management. We found Arrico to have a beautiful home. The process was quick and straightforward. They are pretty strict with their DL and requirements.Which is good for property owner end if you are looking for someone to manage your property. Kelly also provided great communication and that is KEY.
Once we moved into the house it was clean and we loved that they had curtains up and a few things that make day to day living convenient for example hooks to hang up your broom and shelves in the garage to organize stuff.
So far we’ve had a good experience from the screening process to the move in.
I did not find a BBB page for them but we went off the reviews and so far from our experience it’s been great. We are a retired military family and we were able to do everything to move into the home in just 3 days. A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from our family to this management.
