Partner Driven provides daily live coaching and online courses to help you locate the most profitable off market deals. We teach how to find, negotiate, and get the deal under contract for the best price possible. Then, we provide one-on-one deal coaching to walk you through every step of getting the deal to the closing table. Once your deal is approved as a solid investment, Partner Driven steps in and purchases the property, funds & performs the rehab, and covers all the closing & carrying costs. 

Your job is to keep an eye on the rehab, take pictures, and keep Partner Driven up to date on the progress. Once the property is ready, Partner Driven puts the home on the market, sells the property, and splits the deal profits with you 50-50%.

Peter, Julie, and our partners have closed over 3,600 deals over the last 20 years. Our team typically has between 40-50 partner deals in progress at any given moment, as well as an increasing stream of new contracts being turned in daily.

Peter, Julie, and our coaches are personally involved in all of the flip projects and coach and mentor our student partners throughout the whole transaction.
