Peter Vekselman has put together a team and trainings that allow someone like me or anyone with no experience at all to learn how to buy & resell homes in a very easy way. I joined Partner Driven 6 years ago. My name Debra. I have nothing but a positive experience. This is a learning experience. Most of the negative responses are due to what I learned is that most people want Partner Driven to do there work for them. I have had nothing but positive experience I have learned so much. When I need help the coaches are there. Like anything else they have rules and everyone wants to rewrite the rules because they don't think they are good. I follow the rules and regulations and I am greatful. I have tried other programs and once u pay they forget you Partner Driven doesn't. You most be opened to being teachable learn new things not just doing it your way but open to others. I always see post of compliments but only turn out to be from unreasonable people who want someone to do there work for them. If you already have the knowledge it seems you are only after using there money which is OK but they have rules. Just like other institutions I see nothing wrong with following there rules. I have learned so much and are greatful. Some may not listen but the owners also are opened to learning and us as partners have benefited from there learning. I will forever recomend this company to everyone. When we grow up and join the world of adulthood we have rules for the most part we follow them why would you think you could rewrite what this company offers? When u work as a CEO or any part of a company the have rules and no one has a problem with there rules. So if you want to complain about your choice it was your choice. Maybe the problem isn't with the company maybe it's with the student's way of thinking not wanting to learn a new way. I am always going to recomend this company because I am teachable I want to learn and have to trouble with asking questions. Maybe you didn't ask the right question. I was with this company from the beginning and there were growing pains like every company has as they grow but never gave anyone that had an idea about a problem any grief weather good or bad. So cost alot but an education does. Question for all that have a problem. If you went to let's say Harvard would you learn or complain because the professor didn't do your mid-term paper? I don't think you would you would do. Also your parents pay for your education so you can't complain about the cost and most never know what it cost. So I say grow up stop complaining if you really don't want to learn leave complaining to yourself. Us that what to learn get tired of the cry babies. I am so grateful for Partner Driven I have learned and grown and made money and I owe it to them. Also when I had to take time off they didn't forget me they incredibly help me focus to get back on track even when I got behind on there new technologies. I been a member with Partner Driven for almost 2 years and for me it was a great decision, I bring the deal and they fund it that simple. Now of course the numbers has to work but it’s that simple when I started with them I was already seasoned with over 60 deals funded and closed with lenders waiting on me to bring the next deal so I didn’t have to join but I liked the model took a risk and I’ve been winning. We have closed multiple deals 4 currently in rehab and 3 on the market with offer was accepted for one of them today. I was on high alert in the beginning but i took the risk and it’s definitely paying off for me. I wish i could 10 star 💫 them entire team is the BOMB 💣 Love working with PD

My name is Errick. I joined Partner a month and a half ago! After taking their training program that I paid thousands of dollars for, only to realize that this is a cold calling course. You are lead to believe that Partner Driven will help you with Fix and Flips. Once you start on-boarding you realize that what you paid for has nothing to do with you get! I joined to do Fix and Flips. I produced 2 deals within my first month, and they both got canceled. Although the numbers were right for the Buybox. Peter was determined not to do my deal as a Fix Flip. When I questioned their motives, I was removed from the Circle community. Working with Partner Driven and Peter Vekselmann is the worst decision I've made! The only people benefiting in this space are the 3 Coaches doing cold calling training. It was deceiving to be made to believe that I could get Fix and Flips done. Only for Peter, who uses the lowest numbers to determine property value. Making it almost impossible for the deal to go through. Ultimately in the end, your taught to go out and find deals for Partner Driven to turn into a wholesale deal where Partner Driven takes half the profit from teaching you how to do all the work!
