Took our application fee ($110 for two people) and then claimed it was incomplete even though all required information according to the application was provided. They emailed requesting additional pay stubs and bank statements which I provided pay stubs next day with questions about bank statements.The application itself says bank statements are not required but speed up the application process. The day after that they told us it was too late and they are passing on our application. When talking to their office, we found out the property manager (JR) lied about the timeline and said that we were given a week to reply with documents when we actually were denied within 2 days. Saturday: viewed property and applied, Monday: they emailed at 5pm requesting documents, Tuesday: sent documents with questions, Wednesday: denied due to incomplete app with no chance to adjudicate.

I tried to call them and text them about a home: no response.
I clicked on the link to see the house and uploaded my license like asked and set a time 3-4 days later, the day before the "not approved" viewing day, they send me a "confirm this appointment" email without ever actually confirming the appointment.
We did confirm and they did show. We applied and provided proof of income and then they wanted more proof with itemized statments from my bank.
I am a business owner and so is my wife. 14 years of payments of rent.
High credit score and they still weren't happy.
On the phone they say they now can't read the proof of statements and move the goalposts on me to prove that my 10 year old company is paying me.
Very poor customer service initially and then want more than it takes to get a commercial loan to prove income.
Do not work with them.

Nice people. Great service. Always answer and they are very helpful. My family and I have worked with gene Bowman’s company for the past year and we are pleased with their service and they helped us get our reserves back in order and growing despite out many issues with the previous HoA company. Thank you Christian!

Rough start at first however settling in it has been good. I had an issue with my fridge and made a work order and the next day they were here to help out. Really prompt on maintenance requests so far.

I’ve been with Gene Bowman for the last 8 years and I got to say, they take care of you like family!!! I absolutely love the team. I highly recommend them for all services desired! The best property management I’ve ever rented from!!! Very responsive, and professional! You is need a good place to rent call them they are truly the best!!

The staff at Bowman realty is amazing, not only very friendly and courtesy, but also extremely helpful. When an issues arises, they were quick to resolve the problem in a professional and thorough manner. I was very pleased with the service that was provided, and feel very comfortable doing business with them for a long time.
