Mr. Rafael did a great job for bridging the huge gap of the door's threshold or undercut. His remedy is way better than what the door guys wanted to attached filling in the gap which came loose the moment they put it there. Also, the glass which is part of the door is also worrisome for us bec people who offers things come (others are 'scammers' who pretend you have deliveries only to ask details abt ebt and offer some things), ring the bell or rattle the screen door, so, that see-through glass gives them access to see us inside. He solved that concern for us neatly and efficiently. He is also polite and cordial. You want to keep a handyman like that- bith with technical and social skills. This guy deserves a raise. Thanks again Mr. Rafael!

BPM is genuinely easy to work with. They are responsive, straightforward and actually care about doing a good job. Christian, Ashley and the entire team understand the importance of timely communication and quality service. I'd highly recommend them for any property owners who wish to leave the stressful and time-consuming work of Property Management to the professionals.

Mr. Rafael, The Maintenance Technician was very approachable, very nice, and very professional on his work. He listened to me of what are all the issues and he responded to me with a very impressive suggestions and he’s very willing to replaced everything was needed at the house. The first time he replaced the insinkerator with the new ones and the second time he replaced the gasket fridge the new ones and the Gas Pipe cover of the new ones too and also the new locked for the gas pipe as well. He showed me everything what he has done before leaving the house. And he’s very good at it. Give him a reward to be the “ Best Maintenance Technician of the Month/Year “. I’d really like the Management as well. They’re very accommodating when it comes to Maintenance Request. Thumbs up Mr. Rafael for fixing the house. ;) 👍🏻😄😉 and Thanks a lot to the Gene Bowman Realty. Thanks to all the Staff as well especially to Mr. Everett & JR for always keeping an updates or if I have any questions through text or email.

Rafael is the best handy man! I have had some maintenance request since I have moved into my place and Rafael is always happy to help. 10/10

I tried to call them and text them about a home: no response. I clicked on the link to see the house and uploaded my license like asked and set a time 3-4 days later, the day before the "not approved" viewing day, they send me a "confirm this appointment" email without ever actually confirming the appointment. We did confirm and they did show. We applied and provided proof of income and then they wanted more proof with itemized statments from my bank. I am a business owner and so is my wife. 14 years of payments of rent. High credit score and they still weren't happy. On the phone they say they now can't read the proof of statements and move the goalposts on me to prove that my 10 year old company is paying me. Very poor customer service initially and then want more than it takes to get a commercial loan to prove income. Do not work with them.
