Have worked with multiple agents all very professional and always responsive to any questions I have had , always guided me through any process while teaching me as we went along and never left me unsure about anything . Which I feel is very important during these processes . Highly recommend especially Aaron Monzo he’s the best

One of their agents, Jay Allison, steals deposits for photography. Watch out. Don’t give him any money up front. He will take a deposit and then won’t send the file.
If you can’t trust them with a picture - probably can’t trust them with a house.

I've worked with many agents and had the opportunity to work with Zeena at the Monzo Group recently. She was great! She was prompt and courteous at all times. She was on top of things from beginning to end. She's knows how to navigate the system yo put her client in the very best position and loves what she does. It's very evident! After purchasing a property a few years ago, my husband and I were looking to re finance. Ali helped us find a great lender that offered us an unbeatable rate. We were so impressed with how patient, and knowledgeable he was with all of our questions and cannot thank him enough for going out of his way for us. I’ve recommended him to family and friends and will be using him in any future property endeavors.

I have not enough words to recommend Carol Write: put aside the professional agent she is - she is the best person I could ask for and I felt so lucky to have her with me in the process of selling my house. Carol was there for me the whole way, she knew my house inside and out, she helped me negotiate and she helped me solve some complicated issues I had with my management company. I trust her in 100% as an agent and as a human being to do the best for me and for my interests. She is the best! Love you Carol!
