Andrew is who you want for property management in Boise, they are Trustworthy, things get handled in a timely manner, it’s obvious they care about there clients. We are happy to have them on our team! We are planning on a long mutually beneficial journey with Blue Bird Property Management!

We have rented with them twice over the last few years with great experiences both times. Having lived an itinerant travel nursing lifestyle, it is always refreshing to have such a seamless leasing and check in process. Places were always clean and any maintenance requests promptly and professionally handled. If we needed a rental in the valley again, they would be our first call.

Have been handling the maintenance for Bluebird Property Management at one of their 8 Unit Buildings. Andrew always handles the requests of his tenants and Property Owners promptly and makes sure that projects are completed correctly and in a timely manner. A pleasure to work with

Bluebird manages two of my properties and have done a super job with both. Communication is easy, they’ve always found good renters who’ve stayed for a long time, and have always addressed any issues that have come up. It’s a team who really go above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
