I am so impressed with Novel Management! Looking online for property management companies in South Florida, it seemed to me that they were the clear choice. Just compare their pricing page to other competitors, and you’ll notice right away that Novel stands for simplicity and transparency. And yet, as I got to know them, I continued to be pleasantly surprised by the honesty and integrity behind this company. They really mean what they say! Federico is a stand-out professional, who is knowledgeable, helpful and communicative, and a pleasure to work with.
In a world where so many companies are just out to make a quick buck, it’s refreshing to work with one that really cares and is genuinely interested in helping people and doing a good job. Thanks again! 👏

Stress-free property management!
Novel has been a lifesaver for managing my rental property! They handle everything from listings to tenant screening to lease agreements, and they always keep me informed.
Their network of local repairmen is amazing. They handle tenant requests, find the right person, and schedule it all, saving me so much time and hassle. Highly recommend Novel for anyone needing a reliable property manager!

I recently moved to Miami Beach, FL, and was assisted by Maria Alejandra Gonzalez from Novel Management. She was extremely attentive and responsive throughout the process. Maria did an excellent job of working with me from the start of the showing to move in all the steps through. I was incredibly impressed by the level of professionalism of Novel Management. I loved living in the property managed by Novel. The management team that I had dealt with were always super responsive and understanding while the COVID-19 epidemic was occurring. The management - Arnaldo and Federico were amazing. I loved living at that property and having him as my point of contact is something that I really appreciated.
I lived in that property for 4 years and when the AC unit and dishwasher stopped working - they were quick to send someone to try and repair it and when that didn’t work, the appliances were replaced free of charge.

I worked with Novel Management for several years as they were managing my rental property in Miami. Federico and Arnaldo were always extremely helpful dealing with the tenant and managed all communications and maintenance of the property. They were particularly a good help when dealing with a difficult tenant. Also, once a previous tenant decided to move-out, they managed to find a new tenant and have all the contracts signed within the span of 2 weeks. They communicate promptly and efficiently and even go the extra mile as they recommended liability insurance companies that I could use as I live overseas and its not easy to find trustworthy local companies. I strongly recommend their services and hope I can work with them in future rental properties (I have recently sold my apartment).
