Thomas made my apartment search so much easier. He was responsive, patient with all my questions, and really listened to what I was looking for instead of just pushing listings at me. He helped me find a great place and made the whole process feel simple instead of stressful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who actually has your back!

I am so impressed with Novel Management! Looking online for property management companies in South Florida, it seemed to me that they were the clear choice. Just compare their pricing page to other competitors, and you’ll notice right away that Novel stands for simplicity and transparency. And yet, as I got to know them, I continued to be pleasantly surprised by the honesty and integrity behind this company. They really mean what they say! Federico is a stand-out professional, who is knowledgeable, helpful and communicative, and a pleasure to work with.
In a world where so many companies are just out to make a quick buck, it’s refreshing to work with one that really cares and is genuinely interested in helping people and doing a good job. Thanks again! 👏
