If you like a kitchen table that's glued together, a ripped couch, a damaged shower wall, outdoor dirty stained cushions, outdoor furniture that your butt would bust through, sunshades that are tattered and broken, leftover Marijuana in a drawer, stained carpets, dirt and filth, a broken kitchen chair, etc., etc., then this property is for you.
We are 5 star guests. We have purchased parts at other properties and fixed faucets, blinds, and sliders. We have cleaned garages, pool areas, weeded and planted flowers.
The owner kept saying she'd send the "field manager" to fix things. We'd have to be displaced for 2 weeks for all of these repairs.
Plus, she fixes things like a 3rd grader.
The owner said we could leave 3 weeks in and we could have $ to leave. We still had a week and a half left. How could we possibly do that? My husband had surgery. He was REHABBING! The surgeon's office ordered a machine for rehab. It was a scheduled delivery and pickup.
Anything the owner says about us is a lie. We had 2 vrbo hosts come view the property. They were shocked at the condition. AZ Desert Vacations needs to taken off the vrbo rentals.

Had a wonderful time during our stay. Lori was a great host. Comfortable house, nice neighborhood, great outdoor space, and a quick drive to Goodyear Ballpark.

I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing different properties here multiple times and I’m never disappointed. The homes are beautiful! They are packed with amenities. And if I ever need anything, I just have to make a phone call and it gets taken care of quickly. I will definitely call Lori again for any future stays.

Stayed at Lori’s house in Peoria on Purdue lane and was absolutely incredible. The heated pool worked great, and let my son and I swim during the cold winter months of January, and the entire backyard was absolutely incredible. The grills also worked great, and everything was as advertised. The place was well stocked with plenty of towels for the pool and bath, and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood as well which was welcome, with a park less than a 5 minute walk that our son loved! Would definitely stay again!

The home was very spacious, extremely clean, and perfect for our large group. There was plenty of room for everyone, an abundance of fresh linens, and a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils. We also noticed the new carpet, which was a nice touch. The kids especially loved the pool table, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The only issue we experienced was with the heated pool. We paid extra for pool heating, but it wasn’t effective. After contacting the host right away, the same issue continued into the following day. We eventually learned that the pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. Once we switched to keeping the hot tub heated, the kids were able to swim in the pool and warm up in the hot tub afterward, and we had no further issues.
The hot tub wasn’t as hot as a typical hot tub, but it was warm enough for the kids to stay comfortable and continue swimming throughout our vacation, which is one of the main reasons we chose this home.
Overall, the home itself was wonderful, and once we understood the heating setup, our stay went smoothly. I do think the listing should be clearer and not lead with “heated pool” as a main selling point, as the setup does have limitations. That said, it is a very nice property and a great option for families.

My daughter and granddaughter stayed with me while visiting my other daughter who lives in Peoria. Fortunately another granddaughter and her family came from Utah and also stayed in the area. We really loved this house because of the location, layout, comfortable furniture and beds. It was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking a meal. Our favorite part of the property was the back yard and pool. We spent time out there every day. Being October and all of the rain they had prior to our visit the water was cold but we still sat on the edge and put our feet in. I bet it is awesome in the summer. We really appreciated Lori the property manager as she stayed in touch with us from day one. We will definitely choose this house again on our next visit to our Az family.

The house was perfect for us! We visit AZ annually for a family get together coming from 3 different states to meet up and catch up. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a welcomed retreat to beat the heat. It was lovely and we would definitely book again!
