My host, Roy, was really great. He was a very nice person who aimed at taking care of our needs as much as he could. He was very accommodating and honest with his opinions which we liked and we related to him and his experiences as he was a Rutgers student as well. Very helpful and genuine person!

My leasing agent was Roy. Roy was very helpful and careful in explaining the lease to me and showing me the property. Responded to all my messages quickly with sufficient answers. He was able to help smooth out the bumps in the road in signing. Very appreciative!

Roy Lee was extremely helpful, friendly, and understanding! I had called the number on a Tverdov, and within a few hours, he sent a list of houses within our budget, and they were the best deals we'd seen. Super easy to communicate with him, even as college students, and would definitely recommend their services!
