Roy was exceptionally professional throughout the entire leasing process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. His guidance and support were invaluable, and I truly appreciate all the help he provided in securing this lease agreement.

i had move out left and left that apartment clean. its been over 30 days and still haven’t received my security deposit yet . They wont answer my call or email . i went on the portal saying it a negative but i have zero balance. im taking them to court

I had a fantastic experience working with Jasmine to get my apartment for next semester. Very informative, reasonable and kind, she worked hard to make sure we could close on the apartment as soon as possible. Would highly recommend for undergraduate students looking for very high quality housing for relatively low prices

Our leasing agent Roy really helped a bunch through the searching process! He was also very communicative and made sure that we were taken care of. He even managed to get us a house students normally wouldn’t be able to lease, if that doesn’t speak for itself then I don’t know what will. Overall great experience, would highly recommend Roy as a leasing agent, you won’t regret it!!

She is amazing at her job, she was always prompt to respond to all my questions and always carried herself with so much professionalism and class. Roy has been such an amazing help through the entire process , from setting a day to view the home and being patient with rescheduling. He was very helpful answering any and all questions I had at any time of the day, regarding every part of the process. I’d recommend him to anyone lol having to work with an agent.
