I've had a great experience working with the Martin team managing my single family home. They have been communicative and on top of things so I don't always have to be worried about the house myself. Their maintenance team has stayed on top of things with folks like Larisa and Johnny resolving issues in a timely manner with updates along the way

I work mostly with Johnny at Dickson Realty Property Management and he's prompt with addressing my questions and concerns. I've worked with other property managers in the area and we're very satisfied with this company. I highly recommend them.

And I’m back to leave another review for the wonderful Megan! She’s been fantastic getting our lease renewed with longer terms and getting back to me very quickly. It’s been a pleasure working with her. 10/10 hands down. Give her a raise too! 😊

Jaden has been my point of contact for maintenance and she is amazing! She is so good at following up and following through. I always feel confident that she will make sure my questions are answered and resolved. She's also very knowledgeable, and if she doesn't know an answer she's not afraid to say let me look into that and get back to you. And she does! Thank you for all you do!

We’ve had a great experience with the Dickson Realty property management team, and especially with Jaden. She has been incredibly helpful in resolving issues with our home quickly and professionally. Her responsiveness is outstanding, and she consistently follows through to ensure everything is handled properly. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing excellent service, and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We really appreciate her attention to detail and support.

My experience with David Martin Dickson Realty has been nothing short of extremely pleasant. Their maintenance team - specifically Jaden - is very efficient. Any issues i’ve had (which are always minimal) get handled very quickly and with no hassle. This team cannot be recommended enough, everyone is so kind!

Our rental property recently switched. We’ve had a very positive experience so far with Dickson Realty Management . The team has been responsive, professional, and quick to take action whenever we’ve had questions or needed support. Communication has been timely, and it’s appears they care about making sure everything runs smoothly for their tenants.
It’s refreshing to work with a rental company that values follow through and reliability. We really appreciate their efforts and look forward to continuing our relationship with them!
