Five star service all the way with this lodging. Had a minor issue with the door when I arrived and had a manager and repair person fix the issue the same evening (on a Sunday!). The space is well stocked, organized, has clear instructions, and was impeccably clean. The neighborhood was perfect for my stay, super cute and walkable. The bed was super comfortable and I slept like a baby. I will definitely book this unit or others managed by the this company next time I am in San Antonio!

We picked Jeremy and his team to manage our listing (out of many, many applicants) and they have not disappointed. He helped me with the process of getting my property redesigned and back to being one of the best listings in the area. We have already seen a big rebound in bookings and the care and detail with which he and his team (especially Tammy!) have managed my property has been top notch. Highly recommended.

I recently spoke with Jeremy and was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge of the STR space. He offers full management services to make STR investing as passive as it can be and had a high degree of expertise, including knowledge of the best areas to invest, areas to avoid, interior design, revenue optimization through dynamic pricing and occupancy, and navigating local regulations. With all of this combined with his understanding of hospitality I would recommend him to my clients as a resource for becoming a successful operator in the short term rental market.
