It was an amazing seat. The home was cozy and so comfortable. It was a perfect combination of living in the heart of downtown but also feeling safe and peaceful. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are so many fantastic restaurants and other neat places nearby. The home was spotless with everything we needed. The outdoor space was also a huge hit! Definitely will stay here again!

Anna and Jermy's were very attentive they were great host! Their house was very nice and clean the pool and jacuzzi was great! Their home was close by a shopping center and 20 min away from the riverwalk! We loved this home would definitely 100% recommend!!

From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the space. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing clear instructions and helpful recommendations for the local area. The accommodations were exactly as described, with all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable and convenient. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, yet close to shops, restaurants, and downtown. San Antonio. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, which made it feel warm and inviting. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

Overall had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, all amenities you could want were thought of. The pool and outdoor space was the highlight of our stay. Check in/out and all correspondence was fast, clear and helpful! The proximity to river walk and a few bars and restaurants was convenient. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We cannot wait to come back!

Anna & Jeremy's place was beautiful! It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed!! There was plenty of room for our group of 6! The location was great for getting around San Antonio! I definitely recommend their lovely home! Thank you for letting us stay here!!

Anna and Jeremy were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive if we needed to communicate with them about anything. We loved that we were so close to everything that we could use the scooters for transportation. The home is in a very private, quiet and cozy neighborhood. The place is perfect for two and the pool is an added plus. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were very happy with our trip being it was a last minute find. We had a wonderful mini vacation and will definitely be back!"

I recently spoke with Jeremy and was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge of the STR space. He offers full management services to make STR investing as passive as it can be and had a high degree of expertise, including knowledge of the best areas to invest, areas to avoid, interior design, revenue optimization through dynamic pricing and occupancy, and navigating local regulations. With all of this combined with his understanding of hospitality I would recommend him to my clients as a resource for becoming a successful operator in the short term rental market.
