Don’t have anything positive to stay. I’d only ever rent from them if I absolutely had to which I did while living under their apartments. Absolute slum lords who will nickel and dime you for everything while allowing you to live in filth. The complex I lived at in Newburgh has cockroaches from neighbors leaving trash; has rats from the lack of maintenance and was literally falling apart. The place was so run down, porch falling apart with absolutely no intent to improve. They absolutely will not do any upkeep on the facility or the areas around it. The wash and dryers didn’t work 75% of the time, they won’t come out for maintenance until multiple people call. I called last year for the cockroaches and all they did was lay down glue traps that my cats got into so I had to treat them myself. I truly would recommend living out of your car before I’d recommend renting from these people.

I recently was assisted in securing an apartment I wanted to rent from MREM and got hung up due to lack of smart phone/computer skills. But I was very thoughtfully assisted by Rebecca in completing what I needed to secure the apartment for which I am so grateful. She personally walked me through the steps in sending the required info from my phone. You are a 5-star worker Rebecca. Thanks so much - Bryant

I did a self-guided tour of a place in Brewer. Nope. Predatory, outrageous price for an ancient, small 2BR unit that doesn't seem fit to live in. The agent I spoke with was super nice, polite and helpful - I'll give them that - but from now on I'll be staying away from this company in my housing search. The condition of the property barely resembled the online photos. The house's exterior was dilapidated and dirty, untrimmed shrubs took over half of the small, rickety wooden porch that was nowhere near level with the door or ground. Porch railing was wobbly to the point of being unsafe. Inside, it hadn't been swept, and it was obvious they'd simply slapped a coat of paint over the warped, crumbling, water-damaged walls without making an attempt to address actual repairs. Tiny kitchen, all fixtures looked to be about 80 years old and filthy. I didn't even look at the bathroom out of fear of what I'd see. Probably spent less than 2 minutes inside and left. Granted, it's an old house and you wouldn't expect the floors and walls to be perfectly level or smooth, but this place seemed like a mold lawsuit waiting to happen. Certainly not worth $1500 a month plus utilities!

I’ve had a great experience working with this property management team. As someone in the industry, I can say they truly prioritize professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. They handle everything from tenant communication to maintenance and financials efficiently, making the entire process smooth for both owners and residents. It’s clear they care about maintaining properties to a high standard and building strong relationships. I’d highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable property management.

1. Canceled scheduled appointments multiple times. 2. Provided inaccurate codes to access apartments 3. False advertising as 9 Cattell Street ( see photos below) photos on their site did not look anything like what we saw in person which was squalor and completely inhabitable. 4. Unprofessional operation that seems to have a monopoly on rentals in Bangor. 5. Would highly advise not to deal with these slumlords.

In my stay here in this apartment building, the owner of the building super duper friendly and the agency itself is very responsive. They immediately fix my heaters and everything. My apartment is fully furnished, my needs to cooked foods, refrigerator and all are excellent, even our laundry area. The area itself is what I need. I am an ER Nurse near in this building and the environment is very calm and accommodating and all I want also is the people here is friendly. The agency is also consistently considerate to my favor and questions. Thank you for everything.

The apartment was pretty nice. I liked the kitchen and dining area when I first walked In: liked the sink, counter, etc. room for a table and chairs and extra kitchen furniture. There was no living room or the other side of the kitchen was the living room. The bathroom wasn't huge but had storage/shelves/bars/fan/tile in shower. The two bedrooms were small. One had a small closet, other had a two door closet. Hardwood floors. Nothing wrong with it I just prefer more space as I have a lot of furniture etc. I think it's a good size for one person or even a couple if they don't have a lot of stuff.
