Over all great experience with Real Property Management Evertrust!
I was a tenant at one of the properties they managed for two years and I have nothing but great things to say. The team was professional and responsive. Whenever an issue came up, they addressed it promptly and made sure things were taken care of in a timely manner. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported as a tenant throughout my time in the home.

Ronald and I moved in yesterday, it was very clean, perfect and all of the above. We pray to stay at this house long term and renew our lease again because it fits our family perfectly and they are so amazing how they treat their tenants, very nice, very responsive and it’s just all like a dream.

My property was completely made to look like new with the necessary repairs completed. RPME’s.bill was very expensive, however the speed of acquiring a tenant and the amount of rent agreed upon more than compensated for the initial expense.

My family and I have been renting for almost 9 months from RPM. It has been a wonderful experience. Mo, David, Pamela and all others we have communicated with have been excellent. Maintenance has been handled swift and efficiently. We’re hoping to extend our lease for as long as possible as this has been such a fantastic experience.

They helped me a lot. The rental application process was very quick. They are very efficient, very friendly, and available many hours a day in case something happens with your rental. They are flexible with contracts, which is a plus. You feel at ease and have options. I definitely recommend them.

Mo was excellent when we met and on phone calls. There was a lack of notification of prospective tenant appointment times and the ad listed dogs welcome when I had requested no pets, which appeared to be a system error. The tenant who rented our apartment appears to be a perfect fit. I am happy with the outcome of using your service.

From the moment I scheduled a viewing for an apartment, I knew I was dealing with a professional and well-run organization. I received a response right away. Monia contacted me on my way to the viewing and was so helpful and responsive to all my questions during the application process. I wish everyone were like this. I had been trying to look at apartments for 3 weeks and hardly anyone responded to me to look at a place, or when they finally did, the apartment had been rented already. RPM Evertrust has been wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm so impressed with Evertrust Property Management! I've been searching for a rental property for weeks, and from the moment I contacted Evertrust, they've been incredibly helpful and responsive. Their website is easy to navigate, and they have a wide range of properties to choose from. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions promptly. They even went out of their way to schedule viewings at times that worked for me. I've been particularly impressed with their transparency and honesty - they've given me a clear picture of what to expect from the rental process. Although I haven't signed a lease yet, I'm confident that Evertrust will be an excellent partner in finding my next home. Their professionalism and customer service have exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property. 5 ⭐️ and I look forward to working with them!
