What was expected to be a move from something bad to start something good under this management group, turned in to something much worse. Let's just say, what was suppose to be a beautiful home was an unfinished property. The home had no working heat, a/c, and water from late February 2026 until April 2026. Even with the major issues needed, the minor issues were still not addressed even after my final notice served as an immediate termination of lease due to landlord/tenant breach of contract. They lack communication, delayed responses(if any), accountability, and overall poor management. Empathy was not shown in any way, and the only thing offered as a form of accommodation was space heaters when it snowed but yet and still a house with no heat. Heater ducts were not properly installed, water pipes burst and I as a tenant I was left to call City Inspectors Code Enforcement to the property. The house is still pending condemnation and yet they still asked if I had intentions on staying. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Packed and moved to something better than this and definitely not with this management company. Good luck to whoever rents from them.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this property manager. Property manager Karthik of Blueprint manages my two properties. As of today, I have not been paid rent for the past three months, despite multiple follow-ups and repeated assurances. Communication has been inconsistent and evasive. Emails and calls often go unanswered, and when I do receive a response, there is no clear explanation or timeline for when property manger Karthik would call me. This has caused unnecessary financial stress and shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. A property manager’s most basic responsibility is to collect and disburse rent on time, and failing to do so for several months is unacceptable. I would strongly caution other property owners to think carefully before trusting this company with their rental income.
