I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this property manager. Property manager Karthik of Blueprint manages my two properties. As of today, I have not been paid rent for the past three months, despite multiple follow-ups and repeated assurances.
Communication has been inconsistent and evasive. Emails and calls often go unanswered, and when I do receive a response, there is no clear explanation or timeline for when property manger Karthik would call me. This has caused unnecessary financial stress and shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability.
A property manager’s most basic responsibility is to collect and disburse rent on time, and failing to do so for several months is unacceptable. I would strongly caution other property owners to think carefully before trusting this company with their rental income.
