Specialized Property Management Orlando made my rent process smooth and easy. It literally was only a matter of a couple days before I was approved and ready to go! The sites for uploading and signing documents were smooth and hassle free. The staff was very communicative and friendly with myself and as the middle man for the property owner. They were detailed with the process and steps of setting up my rental home (internet, utilities, tenant portal) I’m looking forward to enjoying my new space, thanks for making what could have been a stressful experience so pleasant!!

SPM was great and very professional in getting us into a rental home. The leasing team has been very helpful and prompt with any answers to questions and concerns we've had along the way, and they got everything moved at a brisk pace so that we could move in within just two weeks from first contact. We'll continue working with them in the future for sure, and we highly recommend them.

Throughout our time working together, Nancy demonstrated an outstanding work ethic. She provided comprehensive weekly updates covering every detail—from initial site visits and applicant submissions to feedback from those who decided not to move forward. Thanks to her proactive communication, I was always fully informed and confident in the status of my property.

SPM Orlando treated us very well as 3 year tenants. They were always very responsive to resolve any issues. SPM supported us during our move out process, making it a smooth transition. I would recommend SPM for future tenancy. I wanted to send a special thank you to Tatiana as she helped start to finish with our move out processing. She was supportive and informative, as well as very responsive. Thanks SPM
