We are a family owned, operated, and focused small business that strives for second to none guest, and owner experiences. For our property owners. Our booking sites While we can not guarantee every property will make it to every site listed here, This serves as an example of where you might find your property depending on the area and type of unit you own. AirBnb, Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Trivago, Orbitz, Hotwire, Booking.com, Google Travel, Marriott Homes & Villas, Tripadvisor-FlipKey Our Management Structure Our territory managers and their teams can handle anything, however you do as much or as little as you want. We are customizable. Typically we hire and manage the cleaning, and maintenance of the property. Owners do not pay for cleaning services. You only pay for an annual deep clean. For maintenance, which would include landscaping or repairs needed, you would be invoiced. We have guest review management, 24/7 guest relation support. We can provide a linen service, toiletries, or a snack basket. When you are signed with us you are a client and not a customer. You Have unlimited access to your home. Use it as much or as little as you want. Revenue We use smart pricing to react to market trends but we are customizable, and can set prices based on owner objectives. We can cover accidental damage to personal property caused by guests at no cost to you. We absorb the channel commissions so you dont have to pay those. We do not charge guests booking fees. We collect and remit sales tax on your behalf.

Words can't describe the experience difference with this managment company vs our old one. AVRPM is phenomenal!! Bookings from day one and calendar is basically now full for all summer in a matter of days. Super helpful and professional. As hands on or off as you need them to be. If you are looking for a managment company this IS THE ONE!! Thank you AVRPM for being the business you are! We are truly greatful and blessed to be partnered with you. Jeff you are AMAZING 🤗

Five stars all the way! My property manager goes above and beyond in every aspect. From effectively marketing my property to personally handling various tasks (like building a kayak rack for the lakehouse) Jeff truly excels. His dedication and expertise have made owning a rental property hassle-free. I couldn't be happier with his service!

Hiring Arkansas vacation rental property management to manage my STR has been a godsend. They treat my property like it was their own and take guest relations and attention to detail seriously. Communication is first rate and I feel like I have a partner with my property rental, not just a management company. I'm 2 hours away and am confident anything that comes up, they will handle probably and professionally.

Jeff Lutz has managed my 4 rental properties in Little Rock AR for 6 months,I have found his service and communication have been truly worth 5 stars. He is a man of his word and follows through to completion every item that is on his list. He brings up problems with me before they become real issues, is sensitive to pricing issues and goes above and beyond to keep tenants pleased. I can recommend him highly as both a manager and rental agent
