My husband, 3 year old daughter, and I stayed in the Savannah City View Unit. It was everything and more! The unit was updated and had all modern appliances but they were still able to keep that historic charm with the exposed brick and original features. My husband and daughter absolutely loved the movie theater room with the reclining massage chairs! I loved that we were able to walk to everything, if you’ve ever been to downtown Savannah you know how hard it is to find parking. We left our car in the parking garage all weekend and it was so convient! We will definitely be back soon!

Julie was simply outstanding as our agent! She navigated our complex VA assumable loan—locking in a rate less than half the market average—all while keeping us under budget and in our desired school district. Despite pre-planned trips, her communication never wavered, and she identified a property and negotiated an amazing deal in record time. She was even able to work out a temporary occupancy agreement to get us in the house before closing since we had short notice of our move. We couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated, knowledgeable, and accommodating agent. Highly recommend!

Julie and her team have been nothing short of amazing. They were given an impossible task on an even more impossible deadline and made it happen like it was an everyday thing. When roadblocks popped up, they always had an answer. Attention to detail, check. Communication - supurb. Kindness - you bet. As an investor, you couldn't find someone with more knowledge and skill to help you meet your goals. I'm very lucky to have been paired with Julie and her team and hope that this is the start of a long investing journey together. Thank y'all!!

The condo was immaculate and even nicer than the pictures. The host provided detailed instructions and was very responsive when we reached out. The location was wonderful, not far from town and places to eat but far enough away to have privacy and quiet. Highly recommend!

My family and I and our 2 fur babies stayed here. The host was very responsive and answered all questions we had. The place is very lovely and as pictured. We had the oppurtunity to relax and unwind and enjoy each others company. Plenty of board games for the children. The house was spacious and everything that we expected it to be. We will definanlty stay her again.

We really enjoyed staying in the renovated Irish Bar hosted by Sid Was Here.
The house was beautiful; it was remodeled and decorated to preserve the history of the place. It was very comfortable, a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Savannah. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you may need.
The location was perfect, within walking distance of River Street and many historical sites but at the same time very peaceful. It completes the Savannah experience.
The host was very attentive and responds with care. She checked on us to make sure we had no questions. Very easy to work with and professional. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in the renovated Irish Bar hosted by Sid Was Here and it was incredible! This is THE spot to stay in for St. Patrick’s day. Two couples traveling together - we were feet from the parade route, and the rest of the city was very walkable. Beautiful, historic, spotless - it’s also across the street from two trolley stops. We had a blast and cannot wait to come back.
