When I hired LREI to manage my Louisville Property in 2021 they were a solid property manager. That has completely changed. Extremely poor management of tenants and poorly executed yearly lease inspections led to costly damages repairs that their sister company Reliabuilt happily charge exorbitant prices to repair and make ready for rent. I was being charged over 12k for damages they let happen on their watch. My new property manager did all that work and more for almost half that (7k). Trying to reach a property manager is a challenge as well as they don’t respond to emails or calls. They don’t even know what emails they send contain. I spent over a month trying to reach my property manager and had to call 5 times and finally track them down. They don’t seem to care about maintaining the property which is the primary goal of a property manager. Friends who have used them in the past informed me that they left their property vacant for months and once they switched to a competent property manager it was rented within a month. After all considerations I decided to inform them that I was going take my business elsewhere and what did they do? Immediately cut off my owner portal and didn’t allow me to pull my owner reports for tax purposes. Extremely disappointed in this companies services. Do yourself a favor and find a property manager what will look out for your investment and not just try to capitalize on overcharging for damages stemming from their negligence.

Al is wonderful! He showed up 5 minutes early, did the work quickly, and is a nice guy. He did a great job on each repair.

Mr. Muhammad's crew of Mason, Sid, Ian, and Al, did a great job of addressing the various repair issues quickly and professionally! Everybody was polite, friendly, and very competent! Five-Star service so far!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Mind you we got approved for a place spent $120 in app fees went to look at it we see multiple people lined up to look at it we like are ya here to see this too I mean couples they are taking advantage of ppl we tell them we want the place told to bring the deposit down on Monday Monday gets here they gave the place away! I cannot make this up and they been ignoring us ever since they are not a good company to rent from they will steal your money they make so much off app fees it’s ridiculous even after being approved we went got a money order told them we were on our way said that somebody else got it tried to get us to get the place they wanted us to get still kept doing the same thing I will be suing these people I have proof of all of these transactions this is no way right I even asked for a refund because what’s the point of ya taking our money and not paying it back and still no response you will be a fool to rent from these people

When you have to/ choose to move , it can be stressful very easily if things aren’t going well.. I came to LREI in that stressful situation and in a time crunch and I was approved within 48 hours with excellent communication throughout that time. I’m still new here but from my history with property management, I am actually impressed. Thank you!

Apartments are old outdated and poorly maintained. Property has changed management companies several times in recent years. Each one worst than others. Slow or no response time to maintenance requests, and messes, broken glass left after "repairs" Prepare to not get your deposit back due to false charges of damage at move out. Stay away from any property

We switched over to LREI Property Management a local property manager in Louisville approximately a year and a half ago.We have been very pleased with LREI. They are very professional and have systems in place to make many processes, go smoothly and efficiently. We have one point of contact with Justin director of operations and then he has many people on his team who each have their own specialty who we are also able to communicate with if needed. Just to mention a few of the very helpful people we have worked with on Justin’s team are Stephanie, Chrystal, Rejoice, Marie and Mohammed. LREI has done a great job with managing our property, placing qualified tenants, completing work orders in a timely fashion and getting our effective occupancy up to a good level dramatically better than the two prior property managers we worked with.

Living here has been a great experience! The Maintenance Supervisor, Muhammad, responded immediately, and Rob, the Maintenance Technician, had everything fixed by the time I got back from work. Fast, professional, and reliable service like this really sets the standard. You’re not going to find a team this efficient and well-versed in maintenance just anywhere—this kind of crew is rare, and they truly get the job done right. Highly recommend!
