I've been at my apartment now in the 3rd year. There has been a few property management groups in that time, but the interactions with LREI maintenance crew has always been easy. They are helpful, professional and quick to respond. Muhammad, who I believe heads that group, is a pleasure and is always reasonable. Knowing he is there to speak with regarding any issue makes the renting life easier to live. The 4 stars is for Muhammad and his crew as he just assisted me with an issue that was deemed urgent. No complaints for that side of LREI and I'll repost this to 5 stars once everything we discussed has been resolved.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with LREI. Choosing them for my rental needs has truly been the best decision I ever made when it came to finding a home. From the start, I was impressed by their on-time maintenance services. Any issues that arose were addressed swiftly and efficiently, which made living here stress-free. Moreover, the management team has always been nice, polite, and understanding, making interactions pleasant and professional. If you’re in the market for an apartment or home to rent, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing LREI. They genuinely prioritize their tenants' satisfaction and well-being.

I recently had a water main break in the vacant apartment next to mine. I called LREI after hours in a panic and THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY ‼️ They came stopped the leak and had a professional cleaner and water extraction company come in the same night. AL the maintenance guy was here to save the day on a late Saturday night. Initially I was worried LREI wasn’t able to manage all the properties they recently acquired but they have worked out the kinks and have been very responsive to my maintenance requests and any other concerns I’ve had. I’m very appreciative for them. To the lady who expedited my water leak emergency, who was clearly enjoying her family time, (I could hear her family in the background) thank you for taking out the time for me 💁🏾‍♀️‼️ And for AL who may still be fighting water leaks around the city I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU ‼️‼️‼️

I hired this company to manage my property. I was trying to recover from some financial issues I was having. I literally don't write bad reviews, but the way I was treated by this company was something I had never experienced. I would avoid this company at all costs. It would have been nice to have had a hire up call me and try and resolve something, but instead I was treated horribly by an employee.

Great service. Albert made sure that he complete the job on timely manner. He replaced the whole sink instead of fixing it. Mr Mohammed thank you too for follow up and ensuring that we are satisfied with the job.

Being a new tenant of LREI Property Management LLC I had minor repairs that needed taken care of. Spoke to Mr. Muhammad and he didn't hesitate to send me someone to repair the issues I had. Mr. Muhammad is a good asset to your company. He took care of the problem right away..... Good job !!
