LREI Meld came to fix our bathroom and front outdoor lights. Everything was done well and the 2 gentlemen who came were thorough and explained what they did in detail. They were also very friendly and helpful.

Hopefully will become the management company of the home my family can finally enjoy and feel safe and joyous in, the property is spectacular, the company's response was prompt, courteous and professional. We easily scheduled an early morning viewing and have hopefully been the proverbial early bird, please let us get there first or best.....this house was made for us!,..lol, absolutely intend to live here for a long long time

From a renter's experience. I have to say that LREI has been extremely disappointing from day 1. Between sending us eviction notices even though we paid our rent upfront in full for 1 year, to now getting late payment charges when we stopped leasing two months ago and no longer rent from them. They really always have excuses and can never get an issue sorted straight away. If you are an owner wanting them to rent out your property, I would think twice

Google hid this review, so I'm re-posting so people can actually see it! It's worth a read before trying to rent through them! You cannot get ahold of ANYONE here! It’s insane and asinine! You get a voicemail asking to call back, and when you do, they don’t answer. You leave several voicemails over the course of almost a week, and nobody gets back to you. You send an email, nothing. How they can get anyone moved in, or even a lease signed, is beyond me with this lack of communication. Not to mention they say they’ve want to approve you, but then don’t give you next steps and then ghost you after? Also their “IT department” was supposed to look at why I never got an email invite to apply with my partner, which admittedly is probably my fault, but when you said over a week ago that IT would look at it, take my partner’s money, and go no contact, regardless who calls or leaves a voicemail; It looks super shady. It’s a shame cause we really loved the house, but it looks like they rented it out to someone while we’ve been playing phone tag all this time cause it’s not listed anymore. Also before I noticed this was hidden and wanted to re-post this, they called my partner last week and said over voicemail: "We don't even know what you're applying for" despite having applied for a specific rental. Of course you don't know what you're renting for, your company is so incompetent they can't even look at emails or applications! You rented out what we applied for, so of course it looks like we applied for nothing. That was a hilarious voicemail left by LREI. HILARIOUS!

I haven’t been living here long. I’ve moved here in July but my agent for my rental was Stephanie she is so awesome. I used her once before with a previous rental company and was so excited to be back in contact with her.!!!!. She was so informative with all the information that I needed. Called me right back whenever I had questions or concerns. The house was everything I expected it to be. She was so real about what the house needed and What the house had , or what the Neighborhood was like. .even now if I had a billing issue or concern or questions, Stephanie will help me find the answers. The maintenance team is pretty cool. They come out fast and get things taken care of get things fixed and working I’m not from this area so far this is the best renting company that I have ever rented from here in Louisville Kentucky. My best rental experience yet and I think that’s because everything I expected was true to fit as they would say if this was a pair of jeans.. Thank you LREI and Stephanie

I met Clay at a property management conference. I had a great conversation with him. His great questions and insights and thirst for learning showed up immediately. Clay was at the conference to learn so he can continue to improve his company, LREI Property Management. I highly recommend Clay and any person that actively goes about trying to daily improve their company.

Jerry the plumber came out this morning and he addressed all of the issues promptly and correctly and went above and beyond to ensure that the three toilets were not leaking from the floor seal (as one has been), that they all flush properly without overflowing, that they do not continuously run water from the back of the toilet (which two have been doing even though we were trying to resolve this ourselves), and he even took a second as he was leaving to check and look to ensure our water hose wasn’t still attached to the house outside (it was not bc I make sure avoid freezing pipes). Very considerate :)

I would like to give my appreciation to the maintenance crew that came out this morning for doing such an amazing job with my floor work today it looks amazing
