Stephanie was amazing and made sure I was comfortable during my apartment inspection. She came in very polite, did the inspection quick, and made sure I didn’t have any other problems.

LREI has been great, Especially Stephanie ! She has now managed 2 homes I’ve lived in. She responds in a timely manner and makes sure anything we are in need of gets taken care of swiftly. It’s been a pleasure renting from them 🙂

I haven’t been living here long. I’ve moved here in July but my agent for my rental was Stephanie she is so awesome. I used her once before with a previous rental company and was so excited to be back in contact with her.!!!!. She was so informative with all the information that I needed. Called me right back whenever I had questions or concerns. The house was everything I expected it to be. She was so real about what the house needed and What the house had , or what the Neighborhood was like. .even now if I had a billing issue or concern or questions, Stephanie will help me find the answers. The maintenance team is pretty cool. They come out fast and get things taken care of get things fixed and working I’m not from this area so far this is the best renting company that I have ever rented from here in Louisville Kentucky. My best rental experience yet and I think that’s because everything I expected was true to fit as they would say if this was a pair of jeans.. Thank you LREI and Stephanie

I do not often leave reviews but will today as I am very grateful for response times and attention to detail from LREI. A special thank you to Stephanie for just listening alone, and being so kind and considerate. It's things like that that go a long way. Again, thank you.

I met Clay at a property management conference. I had a great conversation with him. His great questions and insights and thirst for learning showed up immediately. Clay was at the conference to learn so he can continue to improve his company, LREI Property Management. I highly recommend Clay and any person that actively goes about trying to daily improve their company.

Jerry the plumber came out this morning and he addressed all of the issues promptly and correctly and went above and beyond to ensure that the three toilets were not leaking from the floor seal (as one has been), that they all flush properly without overflowing, that they do not continuously run water from the back of the toilet (which two have been doing even though we were trying to resolve this ourselves), and he even took a second as he was leaving to check and look to ensure our water hose wasn’t still attached to the house outside (it was not bc I make sure avoid freezing pipes). Very considerate :)

I would like to give my appreciation to the maintenance crew that came out this morning for doing such an amazing job with my floor work today it looks amazing
