This company has recently took over my apartment complex less than 30 days ago and I’m already getting bad vibes people that they are booking to come maintenance. This complex are pissing on the outside of our complex in public. I’ve also put in a verbal maintenance request to the property manager that that they didn’t didn’t even get to a week later I had to call back and book the appointment for them to maintenance my apartment, even though they came in and saw what was wrong And looking for problems to fix, but never fix them let’s see how this continues. Maybe I’ll update my review

Jerry the plumber came out this morning and he addressed all of the issues promptly and correctly and went above and beyond to ensure that the three toilets were not leaking from the floor seal (as one has been), that they all flush properly without overflowing, that they do not continuously run water from the back of the toilet (which two have been doing even though we were trying to resolve this ourselves), and he even took a second as he was leaving to check and look to ensure our water hose wasn’t still attached to the house outside (it was not bc I make sure avoid freezing pipes). Very considerate :)

So quick to respond to us losing heat on a monday morning . No back and forth with calls and setting things up just quick and easy . Technician has to come back to fully fix the problem but he nade sure we had heat and a plan before he left us.

I'm so happy with the work the tech did once he arrived. He went over and beyond to make sure my refrigerator and sink was working properly. I was late to work but it was worth it!! Great job 👏.

I just want to add what an absolute GEM Stephanie Smith has been to work with. She has gone out of her way on several occasions to effectively communicate and address issues. We love working with her and love that she is working with LREI.

When I hired LREI to manage my Louisville Property in 2021 they were a solid property manager. That has completely changed. Extremely poor management of tenants and poorly executed yearly lease inspections led to costly damages repairs that their sister company Reliabuilt happily charge exorbitant prices to repair and make ready for rent. I was being charged over 12k for damages they let happen on their watch. My new property manager did all that work and more for almost half that (7k). Trying to reach a property manager is a challenge as well as they don’t respond to emails or calls. They don’t even know what emails they send contain. I spent over a month trying to reach my property manager and had to call 5 times and finally track them down. They don’t seem to care about maintaining the property which is the primary goal of a property manager. Friends who have used them in the past informed me that they left their property vacant for months and once they switched to a competent property manager it was rented within a month. After all considerations I decided to inform them that I was going take my business elsewhere and what did they do? Immediately cut off my owner portal and didn’t allow me to pull my owner reports for tax purposes. Extremely disappointed in this companies services. Do yourself a favor and find a property manager what will look out for your investment and not just try to capitalize on overcharging for damages stemming from their negligence. ——————————————————————— Edit to respond to LREI: You are right, you don’t have to do better, you have to do A lot better. I still stand by my review and I don’t leave many but when I do it’s because it was exceptionally good/bad service and sadly yours was exceptionally bad. I still am out thousands on collections due to poor property management. Im so happy with my new property manager. Got it fixed for half what you quoted and rented within weeks for hundreds more than your company said it could. People deserve to get what they pay for and your service standards have dropped drastically. Read the negative reviews people they all sound similar regardless of the fluff pieces that bloat LREIs stars rating. I’d give zero stars if I could.
