My property has been under Goddard Properties for about 2 years now, and I’ve experienced around 3 different maintenance technicians entering my home. From being to end, Mr. Shawn (maintenance technician) was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Although, I wasn’t knowledgeable of the things he explained to me of the issues noted, I was very pleased that he took the time to explain everything to me. And, he removed his shoes upon entering the home, and had shoe booties. Again, very professional! He got the job done! And, was very respectful of my time as I work from home.

Gabriela has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She was thorough in answering all of my questions and made sure everything was clearly explained. Her communication was always pleasant and reassuring, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and a smooth transition into our new home.
