SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! I usually don't post bad reviews as I never want to take a paycheck from someone but in this case I want to save the next person from the absolute garbage that I put up with using this property management company as an owner. I have had enough. 1. The property management company collected rent without a rental license exposing me to liabilities. 2. They collected a pet fee monthly- a requirement to use Goddard Properties and to put owners mind at ease in case of any damage- when there was damage I asked to use this money and because the tenants moved out "they no longer represented me" and that money was theirs to keep- how does that make sense? 3. They mishandled the tenants security deposit/ move out with regards to the legal requirement to keep their security deposit in an interest accumulating account. I was not able to understand the depreciating value of house repairs that were needed upon moveout forcing me to give the tenants the full security deposit back 4. There were MONTHS that I could not get in touch with Josh or his employees. When I finally did, he mentioned that the tenants 'were babies' and he 'did me a favor by taking on my house' and 'he has a new baby at home'.

Renting a house from Goddard and they have been pretty easy to work with so far. Gabby in the leasing office has been especially helpful - even over the Holiday weekend when my lease started. The house is in great shape, many new appliances and recently renovated area, and the few items that needed be addressed, Gabby is getting taken care of.
