Jacob & Sarah at The Hard Money Co are first class! They were diligent and perservered through a very challenging deal for our loan client and helped get it to the finish line. They stayed organized and communicated well throughout the underwriting process. I recommend them for your residential hard money needs!

This would be my first time applying for a hard money loan and I’m really wanting to snag this place before It’s gone. Hoping for prompt responses, great customer service and the best outcome. I don’t want to be taken advantage of but I do want complete transparency and honesty through out. Even if we can’t get anything worked out, I hope to at least gain a little bit of knowledge to take with me moving forward. Although automated, I do appreciate the instant updates on the loan request and assurance that I’m headed in the right direction. Fingers crossed!!

John Quinlan was great to work with. He was very aware of all facets of the deal, at all times. He took the time to have a conversation whenever I called. Outstanding mortgage broker! The paperwork, however, was a tad redundant, and somewhat unnecessary (could have just been my situation) - but, all-in-all covered all bases for both lender & consumer. For quick project work, I would recommend to others in the fix-n-flip business.

I want to give a huge thank you to Jacob and Sarah for the way they handled my file. This process had a lot of moving parts, but they stayed locked in with me the entire time. Their communication was consistent, professional, and respectful. I never felt left in the dark. They were solution-focused and made sure things moved forward even when obstacles popped up. I can’t say enough great things about The Hard Money Co. especially Asher and Jacob! I recently closed on a deal with them, and the experience was incredible from start to finish.
Before finding them, I was working with another hard money lender who wasted my time. After sending in all my paperwork, they suddenly told me they couldn’t fund my deal. I was so frustrated and stressed, scrolling through Google looking for a solution, when I came across The Hard Money Co.

The Hard Money Co. played a pivotal role making a Real Estate Project a reality. They're professionalism was instrumental in the success of this deal. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jake and Scott. Incredibly easy to deal with, super professional and truly a great experience for everyone. A member of their team, Ben Seaman. Reached out to me through a paid lead source, in an attempt to get me to push my leads over to The Hard Money Co. In doing so he wasted my time and money, and completely violated RESPA.

I have now closed 2 deals with the hard money co, one last year in December and one early this week! These guys are awesome, they do allow 2nd position Liens allowing for you to put 0 dollars into the deal if you have a gap funder. Or my most recent deal I just paid the cash out of pocket, very low down payments on investment properties especially when you are a repeat borrower! Did I mention my credit was around 500 both times I closed. These guys are awesome and I recommend them to all of my friends! I have worked with I believe his name was max & melanie on the first one and Jacob Nelson & nick reddy on this one! Can’t say enough great things. We have started rolling hard on this project and look forward to getting it completed, Scott thanks a lot man
