John and Melanie were very helpful all the way through, making my loan as efficiently as possible. I really appreciated that immediately after closing, they initiated a $3000 advance to get started with. This didn't happen with my other lenders. Much appreciated. Also my closing company said they were easy to work with. Plan to use again.

Massively challenging file that THMCo worked with us to understand the file, borrowers scenario, and need details to bring up to current credit & legal standards in order to even be able to lend.
…The “Save” leadership did to retain the file was unbelievable!!!
Extraordinary team work right out of the gate to funding. Hands on, detailed, and patient to learn the past to present, so that the loan can be structured to meet THMCOs guidelines…
…also allow for the take-out long-term debt to be obtained.

We have been partnered with hard money co for a while and they’ve been excellent with every deal we’ve brokered. They are responsive and quick with efficiency. It’s been a huge pleasure to work with them as my lender. John and Melanie have been excellent with my deals. They hold your hand through the entire process.

This would be my first time applying for a hard money loan and I’m really wanting to snag this place before It’s gone. Hoping for prompt responses, great customer service and the best outcome. I don’t want to be taken advantage of but I do want complete transparency and honesty through out. Even if we can’t get anything worked out, I hope to at least gain a little bit of knowledge to take with me moving forward. Although automated, I do appreciate the instant updates on the loan request and assurance that I’m headed in the right direction. Fingers crossed!!

I can’t say enough great things about The Hard Money Co. especially Asher and Jacob! I recently closed on a deal with them, and the experience was incredible from start to finish.
Before finding them, I was working with another hard money lender who wasted my time. After sending in all my paperwork, they suddenly told me they couldn’t fund my deal. I was so frustrated and stressed, scrolling through Google looking for a solution, when I came across The Hard Money Co.

A member of their team, Ben Seaman. Reached out to me through a paid lead source, in an attempt to get me to push my leads over to The Hard Money Co. In doing so he wasted my time and money, and completely violated RESPA.

I have now closed 2 deals with the hard money co, one last year in December and one early this week! These guys are awesome, they do allow 2nd position Liens allowing for you to put 0 dollars into the deal if you have a gap funder. Or my most recent deal I just paid the cash out of pocket, very low down payments on investment properties especially when you are a repeat borrower! Did I mention my credit was around 500 both times I closed. These guys are awesome and I recommend them to all of my friends! I have worked with I believe his name was max & melanie on the first one and Jacob Nelson & nick reddy on this one! Can’t say enough great things. We have started rolling hard on this project and look forward to getting it completed, Scott thanks a lot man
