Cason is the kind of lender every real estate investor wants in their corner. He’s responsive, straightforward, and most importantly, he follows through on what he says. Nothing changed after I committed to the deal — everything he told me upfront was accurate, and he got it done. I’ll definitely be using him again on future investments and would recommend him to any investor looking for a lender they can actually rely on.

I worked with Kyle on my property refinance and it was an amazing experience! He was very knowledgeable, clear, professional, and responsive (answering my questions even after hours, which shows he cares about his clients)! The process was smooth and timely compared to other lenders...no complications or last minute surprises and changes--which equals a stress free process! I will definitely be working with them again in the future! Would highly recommend Kyle and the MINO team!
