If we could have rated above 5 stars we would have. Working with Scott was beyond amazing. He is so knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He knows the market and educated us on a daily basis. When it came time to put an offer in, he worked up a strategy that made it competitive and put us ahead of the other offers. He puts his heart into working with his clients and leaves nothing to chance when trying to get the best property for a fair and equitable price. He’s so personable and made us feel like we were part of his realty family; the comfort level and trust we had in him and his team is unmeasurable. We wouldn’t even think twice about referring him to our family and friends because we know they would be in the best of hands! Thank you to Scott and his team for making our real estate purchase easy and fun!

Hey I want to take a minute to tell everyone what a great job Drew did in helping us find our new home in Minneapolis. Despite it being the coldest month and with limited inventory in our target area, Drew was able to guide us to a home that truly fit our needs. Adding in the complicating factor of us being out of state, we felt Drew's expertise was such a blessing. Thank you!

Jenny, Scott, and Drew are an incredible team!!
As first time homebuyers, we knew the process could be overwhelming, but the Side by Side Realty team made it seamless. They walked us through every step, always available to answer questions and provide guidance.
Not only are they the nicest people ever, but they truly listened to us and always had our best interests at heart. And the best part? We put in just ONE offer on ONE house - and got it! We couldn’t recommend them more!!

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience with Scott! He went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable with each step of the process, especially as first time home buyers. Scott is extremely knowledgeable on all things real estate, and he made sure to answer all of our questions thoroughly (and we had a lot of questions haha). His expertise in negotiations and local market insight made the entire buying process seamless and stress-free for us. Having the ability to produce income from our property was an option we desired, and Scott offered valuable input on the potential and creative rental opportunities we could have with our home. My husband and I just closed on a second duplex with Side by Side, and could not recommend them enough! We were going through the process while living out of state, and Drew was so responsive, communicative, took videos of homes that we were interested in, and kept us in the loop through every single step. We truly felt at ease through the whole process from afar, and trusted his professional opinions and help. We can’t wait to work with Drew and the rest of the wonderful Side by Side team in the future.

Working with Scott to buy a duplex as my first home has been a great experience from start to finish! I'm someone who knows embarrassingly little about houses but when looking at properties Scott provided tons of helpful information. He's also very knowledgeable on multifamily investing, since he does it himself, and provided me with great resources to help me as a first time landlord. Not only was Scott great to work with but through his network he connected me with many other excellent people who helped in the buying process. I would definitely recommend Side by side to anyone looking into investment property!
