We are a family-run business with industry expert Jay Hinrichs at the helm. Jay began his career in Real Estate in 1975 and has since been involved in all aspects of the industry including timber and wood product harvesting, hard money lending, and single family residential development.

Since our inception in 2012 our primary lines of business have grown to include residential development, commercial and bridge lending, and partnering with seasoned real estate professionals to pursue a myriad of joint venture projects.

We currently operate in over 14 different markets and have successfully completed upwards of 4,000 projects proving to be an invaluable partner to our growing network of onsite field operators while providing robust returns for our private clients.
